Already at this point in Galron's ISO I've seen a lot of early game posts that feel pretty genuine, though. 375, 514, 651, 666.

If he is scum, this means that he didn't really have a plan. He showed an interest in endgaming when proposing to LLD, but he wasn't even particularly townread at that point. When he proposes to Harley though it's in order to solve her; this seems backwards to me (propose to someone THEN solve them) but I've never been a huge believer in sorting in hoods.

I guess if he's scum his plan was probably just "throw shit at the wall and see what sticks", try to get any pairing available and mix things up to distract from his partners, but that doesn't really track with how he played after the dance started.
