But yeah I guess I'm just curious to hear about the logic behind the swap. My intuition behind this kind of thing is that when townies in a game like this go "a-ha, the reason behind the swap must have been X or Y or Z", as a rule, it's almost never X or Y or Z, even if the townie's conclusion about who scum is winds up correct.

Re. the swap, Luke had reasons to think Pav would side with him in Keep. He explained it well in the scum PT. We also thought it might look like scum got stuck with 2 at the Wall. We also didn't see much of a way to win Keep with you there so it then became a question of who to swap in for you.

We did consider swapping you for Tanner or VP and ICing you.

when i first saw the line, i legit felt my stomach drop. then i went to finally get ready for bed, and as i was brushing my teeth, i realized that (1) i have been trolled by mods in similar fashion before, no idea why they love to do it so much, and (2) prism is definitely a good enough player to know that that line would be spoiling the results, and no way she accidentally does that. so i went to bed holding out hope

menalque and umlaut. both flipped what was confirmed scum from my pov as town. it was a stressful few minutes of "did we somehow end up clearing scum???" but yeah was a troll.

You know, to be perfectly honest, I just kinda kicked back and relaxed and stopped worrying about it after my game resolved, and I made the mistake of reading a spoiler in the dead thread before the end, so I can't answer this fairly
