I've spent a few minutes chewing on this. Cakez remains low on the list for me. Has virtually never stuck out as town, has had the trademark underexplained reads, and had a few questionable moments to me. I can't even remember them off the top of my head.

I think this is worth doing a deeper dive on, and I clearly have too much energy right now and need something to direct it to.

I'm somewhere between "there's no reason to think he's scum" and "a few of his posts looked a little townish". I'm highly unlikely to vote him today, and would need him to be a compromise to avoid eliminating a strong town read or something later on.

I don't think this is a great heuristic. For all we know all 3 scum, none of whom are in danger, are vying for town credit with a Sleepless town flip.

I don't think this is a great heuristic. For all we know all 3 scum, none of whom are in danger, are vying for town credit with a Sleepless town flip.

I think the two wagons have actually been remarkably stubborn. Mare, myself, and catboi tried to wagon Cakez to no avail. Someone recently suggested wagoning catboi, but even at my recent lowpoint on him I had it off the table and failed to rally anymore with a vote a few days ago before he got active.

I tried my own hand at VCA where I thought the Sleepless wagon looked all town while the flow wagon looked...very sketchy. Even then, though, I didn't know what to conclude from it, and I hate VCA in general without very specific reason to believe scum had something large at stake.

Don't you think as scum I'd probably feed some of that and try to survive off of momentum instead of telling people consolidate between flow and myself?

Like if I was scum and could at the very least drag this out and pull wagons apart, Day 2 would just be Day 1.2, get a free NK and probably do flow vs me all over again.

Also if you want to talk about resistance, couldn't you argue that midway, catboi, and sircakez have all seen more?

it just so happens that i can have multiple scumreads at the same time, and the flow wagon seems to be majorly losing right now, so i don't see the problem in trying to shake things up a bit and see what happens, no?
