However, even if we assume that my gut and not my mind is correct, we have a 1/3rd chance of hitting scum in this group (Flea The Magician,Dwlee99,ɀefiend) and 2/7th of hitting scum in this group (Titus, mastina,Taly,Galron,House,Scorpious,Enchant). 1/3 is 33.3% and 2/7 is 28.6%. The first one is higher.
I do have some townreads for the bigger group that could potentially narrow down the pool, but I'm not very confident about them. The assumption itself about the wagons isn't very firm, so if we add more shaky assumptions, the whole reasoning is more likely to be fallacious.
I do not, however, have any townread for players in this group (Flea The Magician,Dwlee99,ɀefiend).
Which is why I think that my focus will lie with those three players on Day Two.
For me, I've enough enough all scum/all town wagons to be able to work on that and you grab any 3 players you have 1-in-3 ish chance to hit scum.
So I won't be working in that pool.XenoSkulk was processed by Crushing Wheels

Just because Cheeky was town doesn't mean they read Enchant correctly.

1) Enchant never lives in Elo
2) Cheeky was Enchant's beard. That scum killed her anyway means she was a bigger threat than a benefit. (This is what concerns me about Taly)
3) If the dead is ignored when they flip, town never listens to them later.

Dwlee99(+Yume)
Yume said basically nothing relevant other than stating preferences, which, contrary tomastina, I believe is NAI. (105)
Notably, they also votedCheekyTeekywho is conftown. (209) I am not entirely sure if this was an informed vote or not.
As forDwlee99, I will skip posts which don't contain game-relevant info to me. I don't think there's anything wrong with making these, and I would be a hypocrite who's criticising someone for vibe posting when I've done it myself. The exception being if the vibe posting actually exceeds the content, however I wouldn't say it does in this case.
I do not share their town read ofɀefiendin 549. It is my understanding (which will not be substantiated further because of the rule not allowing me to speak of ongoing games) thatɀefiendis a player who posts rather infrequently. Indeed, they are after a hiatus, but I personally questioning game mechanics as NAI and something that scums could easily emulate.
I can understand, somewhat, theTalyread, plusCheekyTeekywas town.
I also do not thinkScorpiouswas AtE in this game at all. (652) I have played withScorpiousin the, now finished, Open 838, and I think their posting style matches that game. Then again, I have just one experience of playing withScorpiousandDwlee99apparently has more. Maybe, if some examples were provided, I would reconsider, but I'm pretty invested in my current train of thought and tbf for now feel like givingScorpiousthe benefit of the doubt for the time being.
There is an inconsistency betweenDwlee99expressing doubts ofMegAzumarillbeing accidentally scumread (703), but also claiming they are fine with their elimination (702 and later 844).- Greeting

ɀefiend
ɀefiend's main focus so far seemed to bemastina, which is not a bad choice at all as in my opinion that slot has some scum potential.
I believe that his view ofmastinaexpressed in 164 aligns with the one I had Day One, so there is nothing for me to suspect here. In 257,ɀefiendclaims that he likes the thought process as genuine. I think I would be inclined to agree once again with that.
Him refusing to townreadTituseasily is a sign of caution, which I think is more likely a sign of towny reasoning than scum (391). I feel like scum wouldn't come forTitus, whom quite a few players, including myself are townreading, when there exist much easier targets to miseliminate from a scum point of view.
However, he seems to be townreadingDwlee99in 553. I completely disagree with this take and I'm baffled as to whyDwlee99's entrance is so townish andTitus's performance could be an old dog trick. Sounds to me like both are experienced playersɀefiendhas history with and I don't see whyDwlee99wouldn't be capable of old dog tricks.
The six posts don't give out a lot, but it's still more than I thought.- Dwlee99

Flea The Magician
Fae threw two votes early in the game (14, 17). It raises an eyebrow, but it's not uncommon amongst townies in RVS, so I wouldn't raise that eyebrow too high.
Their read ofmastinaresulted in a vote, while, in contrast,ɀefiendwithdrew. I also didn't like the way that wagon formed so fast. The main drives of the wagon were, if I remember correctly,MegAzumarillwho is conftown.
Then again, I do think it was an easy vote to make, asTalypointed out in 186.
I don't see how he fact thatmastinamade a big effort in doing what she did is a scum tell like at all, in fact I would say it's a townlean (referring to 204).
Butthe rest of the post seems to be questioning the methodmastinaused to great lengths and I'd say that's a town point for fae.
WhileMegAzumarillultimately withdrew from the wagon, fae stayed on it for a bit longer. Not sure if this alignment indicative. If made as town, shows strength of conviction. If scum, shows clutching to the last good anchor point they could find.
As for theEnchantread, I partly agree that this slot has scum potential and so I don't think I need to expand on this any further.
Afterwards, they seem to have... deflated a bit, but I would treat that as NAI.- Enchant

Of all those three, I'm most comfortable votingDwlee99, I can pressureɀefiendand I think I want to leaveFlea The Magicianfor the time being.
I can buyFlea The Magicianbeing town, getting very passionate and making a point fae strongly believe in and then having less motivation to carry on.Flea The Magicianis the one out of these three that has the highest potential of being town in my opinion.
ɀefiendis more null, there's not nearly enough yellow flags here.
Dwlee99in my opinion has the most potential of being scum in this group.
