My extremely lazy pull out of my ass reads is that scum in small hood is between InnocentVillager/Mc Esther. And scum in big hood is between Dunn/Dwlee. Have not read the ISO of Mc Esther at all, but i just think that at least Todoroki is town, since i at least remember their posts up to now.
