I think this is probably still townsided with the modifiers

The amount of wriggle room for scum is actually fairly small given that loyal cop is explicitly known to be not enough power so both PRs are likely to be unelimable

Would you be open to giving scum some sort of PR hunting tool

Yeah I’m open to recommendations here. Does something like a Role Cop help enough? It’s another thing for the tracker to catch, but is at least pretty reasonable to work around with a fakeclaim.

I would probably make any investigative for scum multitasking. Role cop I think would work here.
