Suspecting players is fine. I suspect lots of things. You just haven't done anything meaningful to try and advance your suspicions before now.

Brutal honesty mode: Idrm about you having me as one of your prime suspects. My wincon isn't to avoid your suspicion - it's to eliminate 3 scum. Even if i were scum, my wincon is getting enough miselims to get my teammates to the end. There's just no world where I really give a stuff what you think about me on day one. At best, I care about your alignment; at worst, I care about the way you look to others. You've shown yourself to be pretty ineffectual in this game, so you're probably the least daunting player here fmpov.

I don't really think there's a point to me continuing this convo going, Greeting. I'm not going to convince you that you're wrong on me, and trying is boring. What you're pushing me for is already at odds with reality, and until you've taken a step back and assessed how one-dimensional your reads are, we're not going to accomplish anything.

this is just wrong, ive barely talked about or interacted with you at all until recently. there were a couple early things i questioned you on but it was all side notes, a lot less than my engagement with other people. you were never my focus or even that much of a scumread for me until i started looking closer right before I voted. why is your perception so different?

i read some and he's usually more gamesolve-y imo. confident (overly confident sometimes), not really the lurk and coast type. early this game he felt more nervous and not so pushy. i think he looks more like his usual self lately since he started actually engaging with things, which is part of why it's funny that he thinks I have confirmation bias

That's what I'm wondering. Having a totally warped perspective of the gamestate but being pretty indignant is usually a sign of one alignment or the other based on personality type, i guess (super lazily: it's either sincere/stubborn town or hilariously cheeky scumming).

Kinda phoning in the first 2/3-3/4 of the phase is a pretty solid scum indicator, but it is actually also consistent with overwhelmed town.
I can kinda see worlds where this as someone who's been bored up til he feels the craving for vindication about something (s/s duck/nero being out for his blood???)?

that's something I tried to argue with mathdino about in an open we played not too long ago, when he was hard townreading uglyduck on the basis of meta (and basically telling me I needed to back off) but I persisted and pushed through uglyduck's elimination anyway and he was scum. meh
