Anyway i’m grateful for being allowed to win by technicality, but i can’t accept this as an win in my heart :/
I was never supposed to be able to scumside, my goal was to destroy everyone, and i didn’t factor in scum doctor that could block my killing. If i’d known that i would have radically changed my strategy and focused a lot more on killing scum than i ended up doing.

You deserve a Hannibal nom. Arsonist is really hard to play, harder than a serial killer, and you still did extraordinarily well.

This game was a roller coaster and it ended with me throwing because I couldn't bring myself to vote out the only people who weren't screaming for my head. God this feels shitty.

Nora and I correctly reading each other and both actually being town is a positive take away from this game at least, considering our previous games. I genuinely appreciate that.

This was a wild ride from the spectator thread.

@Norwee, I would count this as a mold win > a scum win from the sidelines - so take the win!

In almost all cases the "or if you control 50% of the population" line is just a time saver, because scum killing everyone at that point is inevitable. That inevitability was not here, so it should not have been in play (but I understand why scum would be upset with a declared scum loss, so I get the tie declaration). If the game played out, you killed Mastina before Mastina kills you. That means you win.

Scum could have beaten you if they shot you last night, but they apparently didn't, so that is the thing that tipped the game to you. You still had your bulletproof.

Mod said that you would have had to reapply your mold and then reignite to kill Mastina. If they had ever identified you, and shot you, then they would have won the race.

Sigh i thought having delayed kills was enough of an balancing between scum and 3P. I really did not see an full mafia doctor being in the setup when an scum JOAT too had just flipped.

I guess it all comes down to the rule on whether scum would win before having killed any other 3P factions in the game.
But it was never really made clear to scum so if they’d known they might have been hunting more stringently for the mold 3P right?

One thing i’m curious about.
How would an scenario in which we move into night with 2 scum, 1 town and 1 mold that is bulletproof and has tagged all other players resolve? Technically scum would win instantly by that point due to controlling 50% of the game regardless of what would have happened that night, right?

Note of curiousity:
I infected TheWayItEnds on night 2, not expecting Tet to randomly push them as an elim. They then proceed to never claim having been molded. Which annoyed me as i wanted them to confirm it. But i couldn’t push them to claim it because that would obviously implicate me.
After i infected Galron and they said they were immune to molding by their ability i 100% believed they were scum and thus pushed for them hard. If they had just claimed being molded honestly i would have hard defended them and they likely would not have been the lim on that day.
