You can build onto a level of any height, but you must choose the correct shape of block or dome for the level being built (See diagram to the left). A tower with 3 blocks and a dome is considered a "Complete Tower".

The case on Fire is the Fire got off VP's wagon b/c Fire is scum that didn't want to look bad on his supposed town flip. But that should apply just as much to Scorp but he's only hard pushing one of them.

I talk about everyone on my wagon and why they do or do not look scummy in 3760. You also have Fire's unintelligible claim that it is "decently likely" im scum with Malcom, but he abandons my much larger wagon because he said at the time he didn't think it was likely to happen (which makes no sense if you're leaving for an even smaller wagon with minimal momentum).

timeline of events for anyone who cares:
1) i think VP is likely to be scum
2) April makes some convincing points in favor of a Malcolm wagon, and at the same time VP starts to look a little more towny
3) I join the Malcolm wagon cause sudden unexpected wagons that potentially throw scum off their plans are cool
4) i mention to April that I think they could both be scum, Malcolm and VP both are pretty upset about this suggestion
5) VP kinda flips out and starts making repeated logical and comprehension errors
6) i think hey maybe VP is one of the scum who got thrown off their plan
