My role could be described as one of the most brutal interpretations of a pick to date. So I believe what you are saying. In post 45, mastina wrote:Eh, my role's deserved--it's a tradition for me to submit trollish picks in Ginngie games and for Ginngie to then punish me for having done so. I do need to constantly say I am town (because I am in fact town), but the role itself is quite good imo.In post 27, jjh927 wrote:I want it on record that I have never before received a role that is more in line with my skillset

If no majority is reached by deadline, or a simple majority votes no elimination, then a no elimination will occur. At evens, half the living players is sufficient to no elimination.
In post 54, Reinhardt wrote:I notice a couple things in the vote count post. First, the notation of how close someone is to being voted out seems to still be based on the “L-word”. Also, despite the rules saying simple majority is required to vote someone out, the vote count seems to indicate the person with most votes would be ejected at deadline.

In post 55, jjh927 wrote:@Mod: think this is a discrepancy. The latest votecount indicates plurality, while the game rules indicate it is explicitly not plurality.
It got updated, I'm still in it.In post 60, jjh927 wrote:Wait, so if the VC is accurate then
A. This day phase at minimum is plurality, probably due to a role of some kind
B. Roden is already out of the challenge somehow, or was never in it

it just means the first investigative ability used on me will give a positive result and only the first investigative ability so i should be fine later. it is my passive. In post 62, jjh927 wrote:In that case, Pooky, tell us how it works.
The best bit is that if you're lying then we'll find out later

Is there even any benefit to taking Doctor over Bulletproof Bodyguard? They both require the same amount of experience. In post 65, Reinhardt wrote:In that case I will not be picking up the Miller unless I want the doctor ability from the Mage tree.

enclined towards doin' that, but i'd say it's more up to the other peoples in the game to validate that choice than anythingIn post 30, Dunnstral wrote:In post 2, Ginngie wrote:

Cost:1 XP
-You may buy from any tree at any time.
-Purchase order goes from the top row first to the bottom row last.
-After the 3 rows are filled you can spend1 XPto gain a 4th hidden ability.
From what we can see of the Warrior and Mage trees, the Mage tree seems to be strictly inferior to Warrior for the town. Not taking into account their hidden abilities, or any roles which may incline people towards picking made for other reasons.
Anyone want to claim to be going for Mage tree and becoming a miller?
