Certain private thread not appearing in my egosearch

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, please let me know if I need to ask elsewhere.

I just set up a Mafia PT and Dead/Spec PT for a game I'm modding. The Mafia PT shows up in my egosearch, but the other one does not. I'm not seeing any obvious settings differences between them. Is there something I'm missing?

Nevermind! I guess there's some caching involved because it's now showing up. Chalk this one up to impatience, I guess.

Egosearch is occasionally a little unreliable for me too, sounds like the same issue.
