There's a couple things I want to check.

1) See if Dwlee or VP or SM was in the hood with Frogster to create his implosion. I am not sure that's required as scum could naturally just take advantage.

Two the votes. I saw VP voted Mala early. Dwlee did and immediately changed his mind. Without context, that's a bit worrying.

Dwlee and Malakittens are both on the same wagon at about the same time. While it's rare to overload a wagon like that. A common situation to do that is that fire had correct reads. However, fire's wagon largely existed due to the prior holder, so that's not possible. Another alternative is desperate scum forcing a town wagon. That might be true but isn't really consistent with the game state I feel.

VP being an alternate wagon choice suggests not scum. However, there are four wagons which easily allows for two wagons on scum.
