And WallFlower to a similar effect, but WallF/Monkey has been my townblock for ages now, and the wild thing is...

People think WallFlower, Monkey, and I are all town.

But we're the 3 that have been mainly pushing Catboi. My thoughts are Catboi's partners are refusing to bus, and there's the other scum in some of the ones that move their vote, like CSF, Toogeloo, Mega, maybe even Tictac.

And that's actually a strong reasoning for ScumCatboi.

this + constantly minimizing my reasons is why I believe Catboi is scum.

Everytime I mention Mastina in some fashion, they always have something to say. This could be because of either a) it's a positioning tactic to pocket Mastina further, b)because Mastina/Catboi are scum together, C) Catboi is pocketed by Mastina.

I was thinking B for a while, and then started to go C, but Catboi has been talking to me like they know Mastina is town. Now you can say Multiball doesn't allow for that. And I see that, however, as scum, 4 in 18 others are scum, and no matter what, town reading is a safe move to do because of that exact defense.

Catboi's insistence on Mastina slot, and minimizing of what I was pushing there in addition to the vote counts is why Catboi is most likely scum.

You can also see around the time SPC was on my side, and right before, that Catboi was actively playing up towards SPC. I think this was also a positioning/pocket attempt on SPC.

When SPC turned on Catboi, Catboi started talking down to SPC, and then turned right after to try to play up to them again.

They used the Butter read to do so, something that SPC was connecting Butter and Catboi, but Catboi defended Butter while getting SPC to turn on them as well.

This is why I believe SPC is legitimately pocketed by Catboi. They played directly to them.


This is also helps to minimize me, one of the ones pushing them the hardest, by getting SPC on their side.

I like this post. I think it is interesting looking at how catboi responds to different people and how the responses vary based on who the person is. For example, their responses to me follow a pattern of making me out to be stupid, to FL, making them out to be ridiculous, with very limited engagement with us that does not fall in those patterns. While to potential allies, there is a much more conciliatory tone. The “disappointed” thing that FL brings up is not something I had considered, but I think it has weight.

I also am actively being calm here, and legitimately analyzing, so i don’t understand the need to try to stop me when I finally can case without being shot down and minimized and pushed down like my reads mean nothing.

I also feel I have a high probability of being a Day 2 fade or a Night 2 night kill, so it's not going to get easier to fade Catboi as the day goes on, it's going to get harder bar a guilty, but Catboi never would be making a scum kill, and I imagine investigatives are locked to the different alignments.

Catboi also will likely claim a PR that can "potentially be confirmed", and like MonkeyMan stated before, we can't take all PR claims to heart.

After Night 1, scum get to manipulate the gamestate because of Night Kills, and while we can analyze, Day 2 will be me getting pressure, not Catboi, so when people use the "get the others first" line.

I very much believe I'm getting a Day 1 pass today for some people today, and thankful for it, but this doesn't apply to Day 2 and then it almost becomes similar to a popularity fade, which is what would get me faded Day 2.


This is why I have to push through Catboi today.

One of my best strengths is my ability to read a gamestate, and immediately, SPC, Menalque, Catboi, Mastina, Well Done, Klick, probably Bnuuy, maybe Norwegian are all likely and willing to vote me on Day 2.

i do think that Catboi-Mastina are both positioning themselves next to each other purposefully for the sake of the position rather than the read itself, i dont think they need to necessarily be partners, but a ScumMastina partnered with a ScumCatboi who thinks that me pushing Catboi for reasons they likely to be invalid is the exact approach I believe ScumMastina here would take.

Catboi has been acting like Mastina lock town, and used that specifically to push me as scum. Catboi was pushing me as town until that area.
