? No matter my alignment I know yall aren't werewolf.
I know you are town if and only if I am mafia and you aren't (or malefactor but I digress)

I mean if I'm wolf I see you the exact same as if I'm town so not sure what you mean.
Maybe that in trying to remove you but it's not like I've been actively pushing

It's more of the what you chose to push in a political sense.

Wolves want Monks out. Mafia wants Monks in.

Another reminder:

Mechanically optimal for TOWN COP -> to go on a Monk(within StD, FL, Myself) to avoid checking a mason AND also making one of us 100% clear as I believe the cop got Malefactor result on Malefactor -> Heavily suggest checking StD as I believe FL is town, and I think myself I am going to be nightkilled anyways potentially and I think I'm easily towny by my own merits anyways. Clearing StD can let us treat the chat as a fully clear chat with no fear.

Mechanically optimal for Town Seer to simply check whomever they deem fit outside of the Monks, for obvious reasons.

Mostly need the Town Cop to at some point see this so that they dont check us

Entirely possible there is no cop and seer however on town side and we just got the gunsmith variants, I had the wolf one before. If you are a roleblocker -> You appear guilty to the wolf gunsmith.

I normally say fuck mechs but in multiball we need to bury scum back to back ASAP so getting guilties/correct clears is a priority

Do we really think scum are going to kill on N1? I still think the optimal scum strategy is to wait for more claims.

because I specifically asked the mod about malefactors being treated as mafia/not mafia for pts like masons and monks and can extrapolate from incomplete data

Additionally imagine being solo scum that can't kill and tell me if you'd think it be fair to investigate as a faction you are not

Does Town have to eliminate the Malefactor? If all scum are eliminated except the Malefactor, do they just lose?

For my thoughts on MegA and my past games with her. I feel like she is someone that comes off as scummy as town. I haven't personally played with her when she's scum tho. I feel like she is definitely mis-elim bait tho.
In post 1243, Cat Scratch Fever wrote:It's not really a compromise. I really think MegA has a decent chance of flipping scum and generally feeling meh about the other popular wagon offerings right now
Explain to me why tho.
see my comments above ^
ND asks me why I scumread MegA even though I literally explained why in in the very same post they quoted.

Admittedly it wasn't the most wordy explanation, but I'm also sometimes interested in throwing some reads out to see who engages with what.

btw I did elaborate on this read in -- a game Mala was also in btw, we were scum together there -- to see if she had any thoughts beyond "pushing LHF = scum!" and like... no engagement

ND's cass scumread is also like a level 1 read (And it's also kind of funny she's pushing there, because cass fits that LHF profile of a low activity poster that no one is really townreading either), SoD is like universally townread

This is a good post! It also looks to me like Nashville Dreams weren't able to maintain internal consistency and forgot who they were supposed to be sussing by confusing Monkeyman with catboi.

I'll keep reading, but based on the most recent VC and scrolling through the last few pages, it doesn't look like the wagon on them developed much further, which is kind of odd, because I feel like this is more solid that anything else that's happened so far this game.
this is pockety

just off rereading the ISO, I already found CSF really weird and I didnt actually read into them yet.
What's pockety about it? The "This is a good post!"? ...

i just can't support Nashville because of the combination of this 4 in addition to reasons to not thinking they are scum.
Even if that were a scumteam, that shouldn't make Nashville town fypov

You showed up late. You need to look at that bnuuy wagon.
I will but I feel that it's another counter to catboi. That makes me think town before reading.

However, I am open to being wrong. It's also getting to the point where there are so many counters that catboi may need to be eliminated as catboi couldn't live until elo.

In post 3063, Nashville Dreams wrote:If I am active, I can and do come up with solutions regardless of alignment. I do what I can.

Ftr, Mala was in favor of catboi town. The number of counters expressed is telling. Later today, I intend to compare if it's the same players given my wagon took off after debating going with Mala's read due to game circumstances.

Doesn't 2071 imply that Titus already did what they are saying they intend to do later today - compare the players

classic, honestly
This is the kind of thing Catboi's been doing, and I think SCP fell in the pocket after this.

If you notice this leads into Catboi butterchurn protection and turning SCP's butter scum read around, and then SCP gets cold feet on Catboi after seeing it.

They actively got played and turned around by Catboi.

And this is the type of play Catboi's been subtly doing all around.

he rewards the players when they town read them, and then talks in a "disappointed" kind of way.

This is also the type of thing they would try to say I'm doing, but I don't talk in a disappointed type of way, I push/go after, which is not helpful if I were coming from a scum perspective, correct? Just makes noise.

Catboi uses this tactic to get players to switch.

Catboi is using their tone to get people to read them as town.
I kind of think he's been acting a bit like this to me too, so I'm surprised you think we're scum together.

That's actually lowkey one of the reasons why I think catboi is scum here. But I didn't want to say it out loud because I don't want to scumread people for being pleasant, since it basically just encourages people to act shitty for the sake of getting townread
