I too initially found Toog's tone towny but tone is the easiest thing to fake when you're experienced. When doing a holistic overview of their play, you find exactly what I laid out in terms of the subtle excuses they lay out to not solve.

Overall I think Toog has shown a contrast to his town meta in this game - whether or not that is because of factors in this game, namely starts with F ends with leaf, is yet to be decided because there is a lack of town indicative content from the slot and thus that places them low in objective towniness ergo an optimal wagon to force pressure.

Wagoning is not about "forcing claims" and neither should there be fear that a townie will claim. Solving a slot is more valuable than scum learning the identity of a potential PR.

I think this applies more to catboi than Toog. Toog has had zero ability to read and gives no relations to anyone except for a small boost to tictac scum odds if I am right

I need to see what happened last night but I am not a fan of the Toog wagon. The catch is this day has gone on long enough. Some slots are refusing to vote any major wagon so a lim requires near unamity among active slots.

There are other slots skating and deliberately doing nothing as opposed to admitting to struggling with game pace.

There's a difference between a town tell and evidence in favor of being town. I'm not saying Toog is lock town.

However, being straight forward and producing a bit of content is a hell of a lot better than prod dodgers refusing to vote or acknowledge the game exists.

NPOM’s gut reads are super strong, but nobody listens to them, and i took hard advantage of that as scum.

Did I hit them all?

My position is do I say fuck it and accept a day over and vote Toog or do I rejoin catboi yet again to flip them for the VCA. The Toog wagon, minus SCP has a lot of horrible.

I'm rather frustrated by this. My play reads don't really match with what we should do.
