To everyone
As a collective, we needto get better at communicating. There are a lot of words but no one is listening to each other. The amount of trying to force wagons throughout the day is high. We have too many chefs in the kitchen, reminiscent of civilization mafia. The high volume of posting makes some people feel their points are drowned out. Therefore, they act like the only way to get a good lim is to be forceful, overconfident and loud. This causes others to take the same approach. This adds on to the drowning out problem and blocks slots from participating entirely. It kills any investigation because things get drowned out.
No one is listening to each other. It's about shoving opinions.
The thing is a lot is revealed between the lines of what people say, even if that's not my strong suit.
