I do think that the inconsistency he showed with his pushes is weird. One of my reasons for SRing NM. This also doesn't "feel" like town NM.

So why not vote him then? I think STD is more likely to be town here than NM. It’s not townie to ignore other players’ reads and not reacess. NM isn’t even considering the possibility he could be wrong.

You know what? You made me realize I was kinda deathtunneled on STD for a few icky plays. I did that in my last game and got several townies killed. STD is still pretty scummy, but N_M is just as or even more.

You're saying I killed momentum on Nancy and STD to pocket them and then up end up with nowhere to go, and that it isn't bad play because you have done so as scum. But you didn't kill momentum on Mala or Flavor/Leaf in 2271, you pushed them and made it clear you scum read them throughout the game.

You dipped out and I defended you + made an incorrect push on Italiano. Mala went back to scum reading you. You didn't stop scum reading either.

I mean it kinda looks like we're just fighting to be right at this point. I don't really care what it "proves" about our alignments, I just don't think that your accusation of "you stopped your own momentum and didn't know where to go" holds water. So fun misrep I notice you've caught on to, I've been saying NM is negative town utility. Not scum, in fact you're right in that I've made no real stance on NM and thats because NM will show themselves later to those observant enough - not me sadly but others. The way NM plays is aggressive and tunnelling. That Nancy was the initial target honestly worried me. That said, I got my Nancy town read from that.

Thing is, my D1 is naff, always has been, always will be.

to expound on this. i think it's interesting that flea takes the first opportunity to dump faer vote on my slot (even though fae doesn't believe fae can push me before eod!) because i "scumclaimed". it's a pattern of taking the low-risk votes despite presenting a pov where their votes could provide more weight according to the reads they present.
