*but* i'm a little worried that this is not a read you have naturally, but rather that it's one that you have *so that* you can sheep marci and push gamma

and you're not putting all the responsibility on the flip on marci, but you've made it p clear that the reason you're pushing gamma rn is because marci is. that's what i mean by letting marci lead it. and that you're *encouraging* marci's chosen vote
(while somehow thinking it's inevitable ... if it is a large reason for it is the way you're interacting with it so that doesn't make a ton of sense to me)

I have already explained why I am voting for Gamma.

It is a combination of:

1) He feels kind of aimless
2) His questions don't feel like they have a purpose
3) I don't think he's sorting actively
4) His mindset doesn't make sense to me
5) Marci said so

is that it felt like a collaborative team effort and I liked we all landed on the same page and it happened to be the right one.
