I think back to D2 start where I am showing signs of going after Cheap/Corwin to which I received praise and TRs from BBT/Bella.

I was about to ask bbt his thoughts on Bella just a few min ago but I backed off. Not sure why I did. I think I really don't want bbt to be scum and I don't think he'll have a great read on Bella which will push me more to him being scum...

I've said a number of times I'm town reading Bella. I've even said why.

Again, it's not high risk because you're assuming upon a green flip that Somnus just gives himself up in ELo. That won't happen regardless of his alignment. If town, he throws the game. If scum, he is 1 mislim from winning. Why would he just sacrifice himself? As for him giving himself up Today? That won't happen. Perhaps in another setting outside of Newbie games, but not here and I think Somnus knows that.

All of these pre-flip associatives are awful. Genuinely, genuinely awful.

Thinking back to BBT “someone with more Town cred” post that bothered me.

What if this entire outlook stems from the idea of carrying some level of SRs so that it’s an excuse for never getting NK’d? What was their stated reason for Spartan being killed? Not that he had good reads - but that he was the most TR.

I don't think Bella has tried to pocket me at all. In fact, she has outright questioned a few things that I've done in this game. This might seem arrogant but I don't think scum!Bella would want to draw my attention to her at all. She would pocket me and just kill me.

I suppose as you have played together before she might know your potential to sus her day 2 or 3 if she kept you around, I wouldn't know. We havnt finishes day 1 yet and thus don't know what the night kill will be, so that could be interesting coming back to this although I think unlikely.

No. We had yesterday to eliminate the slot that is either open-wolfing or town gamethrowing and we somehow didn't. Bella is not the vote today, and your reluctance to eliminate a slot that should have been sorted by now that would sort literally three out of the seven slots is giving me pause.

Somnus' entrance felt very townie to me until I looked at his recent games (42 is a good post). He seems an accomplished scum player from the small sample size and this is as much a reminder to myself more than anything else to stop clinging onto an early town read as there are posts I don't like that I will go into.

] Is the first post from Somnus I don't like - it's the old 'I'm so town you can lynch me today'. 74 is just as bad, saying he is playing scummy and is aware he is playing scummy but doesn't care because he is so town? 77 Somnus refers to himself as LHF, yikes. 3 posts from Somnus in a short space of time that are really bad. There were multiple lurkers in the game at this point and Somnus was nowhere near LHF. On the flip side, he wasn't really coming under any pressure so I don't know where this freak out come from? I mean, there is *some* pressure from Bella, but meh, I don't like this reaction.
104 Another poor post from Somnus. Acts like nothing has happened since he had last posted which is not at all true but allows him to 'catch up' without contributing all that much. In the space between his posts, Rad had posted 83 which could have generated some discussion, mq had posted for the first time (chance for an interaction) and there was the back and forth with my slot and somebody else.

A reminder of how early I began looking at Somnus.
