From my pov, there are 2 worlds.

Pooky is scum, and penguin is town or Pooky is town, and penguin is scum.

If penguin is town, voting him is a win.

If pooky is town, pooky has made it clear that they are not even engaging with the idea that I could be town, and so the onus for us to win the minigame in that world would be entirely on me figuring out that he is town while he refuses to engage with me in any other way then to completely dismiss anything that I ever say as a scum claim.

That actually feels like hell, so I think I am game to either win by voting penguin, or blaming the loss on pooky in the dead thread.
