@UMLAUT: Assuming a Bodyguard and a Doctor exist in this game and they both protect someone together, does the Bodyguard take priority or the Doctor?

In this scenario I would give the Doctor priority, using the order of roles as listed on the Natural Action Resolution/Normal Game page as the final tiebreaker. This means that if their mutual target were also targeted by a single kill, then (barring any other relevant interactions) both the target and the Bodyguard would survive.
