Hopefully 546 answer it for you; as someone who wants Lukewarm voted, rather than being the voter, my interest is more in getting whichever town is in Pooky/Penguin to not vote the other.

The reason why it should matter to you, is because this minigame should end with me voting for a player.

I am less sold on voting you then I was when I was upset last game and just wanted to get out, so if you are town, and I am scum, it doesn't matter. You have won. But I am town, so if you are town your win condition atp is convincing me that you are town over pooky. And engaging with debates will help me sort you.

Actually just typed up the vote, but realized that pooky could cut you off from talking if he wanted, and did not want you iced out of the game.

Perhaps I should spend more time convincing Luke not to vote but I don't think he's going to anytime soon, so shrug.

Yes. I was upset with the game, and wanted out. I was very close to voting and walking away from the game.

But then I decided to focus on other games.

Then you came in and just said "I have no thoughts of my own, lets get out of here" and it freaked me out, because that sure looked like you not wanting to partner spew on your way out.

Then I thought about Pooky again while I was not upset, and I realized that this is actually something that he might do as town, and while it is annoying, but a possibility.

So, I decided to take a moment to work things out.

And, let's be clear, I didn't have "no thoughts of my own"...my thoughts aligned with pooky's but offered that Faker started to seem more like a partner with you (which I just an hour ago called out again and you are making me question it even more) but said to trust in pooky's reads since you called it out and that didn't make sense to me. So - that recounting of events is somewhat of your own creation.

For anyone wondering my thoughts on this game, I decided that I was never going to town case myself this game on Day 1.

The way pooky started day 2 made me no longer want to sort him. Made me feel like, if he was town, I was happy for him to lose. Made me feel like, if I voted for him and he fliped scum, I would be way more upset at losing to scum pooky then to lose to scum penguin. Made me feel like I should just vote and leave.

So I said I was ready to go.

When I calmed down, I went back to "I am going to be the voter in this game, but take the time to sort"

No - I think when someone feels like they are ready to vote they should vote. This method overcomplicates it.
