That's all the roles I can think of now. There would be more I think....

12 Players are Presidential Nominees with abilities and political parties.

Everyone else (Anybody who is reading along or wants to in the MafiaScum community) gets to vote for President.

President decides lynch and has two roleblocks.

Political parties get a bonus when another member of their party is president.

Out of thread communication is allowed at all times, but Voters are not allowed to post in thread.

I've had an idea for election mafia for a while but not the time to run it. Basically the town has two factions that are trying to elect their president. If they elect their candidate they win, so they are effectively competing conglomorate jesters. If anyone besides a presidential nominee garners the most votes they die as normal. Scum will be third party candidates that win once the nominees of both parties are dead.

I've thought about doing The Sims Mafia on another site. Thought I might get some feedback on it. It would be very out of the box.

Anyways, I figured instead of one person per house like normal mafia games, you could have multiple persons in the same house, like families. Some people could be single, some people could be married with a kid, etc. And everyone would have a gender and age identification. People would go around fufilling their needs(bathroom, food, social, etc.), while trying to figure out who the mafia is. When they check the newspaper for a job, instead of a regular job, it's a mafia role, and like in the game, they get three choices. You could get relationship points with other players based on how you reacted to them when they talked to you. Sound interesting? Maybe?

Just a comment: So, how does one win exactly? And if you open up the voting to everyone, doesn't it just turn into a popularity contest of sorts? If the people voting don't have a vested interest in the game, then I don't see why their votes would count (after all, what is their victory condition?).
