Nevermind that I make games all the time and sometimes I give roles that most often go to scum to town just to subvert expectations.
Or maybe there's a character that really made sense as a rolecop, and the mid decided that way independent of alignment.
Like I can literally do this all night wanna keep going?

I see why you called him out for it. It was perfectly reasonable to question it.
I also see what Ceph said in response, and it seemed like a perfectly reasonable response.
(That does not make him town, but it does make the argument seem kinda pointless in my eyes. )
But I keep seeing it brought up on so many pages.I have a GTKAS now! - Come ask me questions!

i don't think it even makes sense for town to have a role cop
i don't see what utility it would serve if any
the theory you are claiming is not that a rolecop can exist in a large theme or in a game of mafia in general.
but that specificallythe flipless nature of this large theme, makes it make sense that a rolecop exists on the town side
I am asking you why specifically the flipless nature of this game makes role cop make sense
I've already explained why it makes a lot of sense as a scum role for adding utility to scum side.Show"I can't even look at the game anymore.

I think it has more scum utility but could have some town power. Without knowing the setup even if we assume Frogger town then we don’t know if he’s town or antitown. He’s probably scum but I just want to think it through. In post 6158, PookyTheMagicalBear wrote:

Probably like, a 7 for actual town win con? This day has reached critical mass to where no one at any point is going to want to look back at it when we have flips, and the longer it gets the more info will be ignored.I have a GTKAS now! - Come ask me questions!

I think all the suggestions about what benefit or not a rolecop could do and how scum could react are really antitown and should stop.
