Frogster's role is NAI. There are arguments for it belonging to mafia or town and that cannot be determined without knowing other mafia roles.

The way they went about their claim is what is not NAI. I was not amused when they acted like their role was super important and tried to strongarm the town, I don't know what it means for their alignment.
