Frog is already likely to live the day. Too many people got scared off by the PR claim. scum!Ceph just... waits that out.
And even if scum!Frog was going to go over, Ceph is in a MUCH better position this game then frog is. scum!Ceph hopes the claim saves frog, but accepts the loss of the teammate if not.

It's very plausible for normal players to read Puppets as scum. Anti town is a strong word because I know they are trying their best. Scum is maybe. I can't tell whether Nancy is grasping at straws lying about me coming up with the plan to gladiate (something that is stupidly easy to verify I didn't) is scum motivated or not. Something else I will have to sleep on. My gut instinct is no, but you never know.
