Hint #2:

If a question has property A and/or property B, then this statement about it is TRUE: you can add any number of any words to the end of the question without changing its answer.
If a question has neither property A nor property B, then the above statement about it is FALSE; adding words to its end might change its answer.
Property A is simple: if the answer to the question is YES.
No question asked yet (including the freebies) has property B. Of the 79 questions asked (including freebies), one is exactly halfway towards possessing property B. The rest fall short of that mark.

(Not a question for the game, but a rule change proposal: Should we lighten the penalty for a first offense for editing to simply ignoring the edited question/guess so we can requalify Jake the Wolfie? It’s kinda hard when I’m the only petitioner.)

I would not object, so long as it's a one-time only thing, not a once-per-game thing.

I wish for clarification for what this means, because as I read it, it makes little more sense than "If the answer is yes, adding stuff won't change it" followed by what amounts to "You don't know how it gets to yes"

Another way to phrase it would be:
If the answer to the question is no, then the statement ("you can add any number of any words to the end of the question without changing its answer") may or may not be true.
If the answer to the question is no AND (B) is true, then the statement ("you can add any number of any words to the end of the question without changing its answer") is true.
If the answer to the question is no AND (B) is false, then the statement ("you can add any number of any words to the end of the question without changing its answer") is false.

If my rule was simply: "If (B) then YES; else NO", then every single question asked (up to #75) would be a NO.
If my rule was simply: "If (halfway to B or better) then YES; else NO", then one question would be a YES and the remaining questions would all be NOs. That one question is exactly halfway to B.
