For Hint #3, which will be available once question #100 is answered, Petitioners may choose from the following options:

1) I will roll 5d100. Whatever numbers come up, I will do the following to the corresponding questions.
- For YES questions, I will remove words from the end of the sentence, one at a time, until doing so would change the question's answer to a NO. (Example: if 77 were rolled, I would reduce "Oracle, your rule sucks, yeah?" to "Oracle?")
- For NO questions, I will add words to the end of the sentence, one at a time, until doing so would change the question's answer to a YES. I will choose which words get added. If doing so is impossible, I will notify the players that it is impossible.
- Duplicate rolls: too bad, so sad.
2) Just like #1, except Petitioners get to choose the questions. The catch: they only get to choose two.
3) I will explain exactly what "Property B" is: something that can make a question's answer impossible to change by adding words to its end, even if that answer was a NO.
4) I will add five more questions-and-answers of my choice. The flavor of these questions will be additional commentary about the answer.

Option 3 it is.

Hint 3: If a question has
twenty-six
words or more, then adding additional words to its end cannot change its answer.

Any question with
twenty-five
words or less can have its answer changed from NO to YES by adding at least one word to its end ... if done correctly.

I think condition B is just the question being 26 words long. That leaves condition A to figure out still.

Condition A is met if the question's answer is YES.
Condition B is met if the question has at least 26 words.

If at least one condition is met, the question's answer cannot be changed by adding words to its end.

Is condition B tied to condition A in any way?

The only way they're tied together is that they both have the same effect.

Here's one more freebie to try and illustrate it a bit better. Riffing off of #85:
  • Do you want to build a snowman or are we actually doomed to freeze here in the igloo that our ancestors built just three centuries prior? -
All those words and it amounts to nothing.
    (No)
Any question that starts with those twenty-six words will always be a NO, no matter what else gets added, per Hint #3.
Any question that starts with the word "Oracle" will always be a YES, no matter what else gets added, per Hint #2 and question #92.

(starts with those words in that order, that is. Per hint #2 and question #2, rearranging the words by putting "Are we actually doomed to freeze" at the beginning of the sentence would change the answer to YES, no matter how the rest of them were rearranged.)

I'm not sure what to do besides make three wild guesses or wait this one out, honestly :(
