One person will write a question (questions must be verifiable by a third party), and the other players will have 72 hours to guess which of the four possible choices is correct. The player who answers correctly has 72 hours to post a new question before it becomes open for anyone else to ask. (Note that the guessers cannot win by default—if the three wrong answers are picked before the right one, ask another question.)
If you are asking the question, you have 72 hours to judge any answers given to your question. If you run out of time, it becomes open to anyone to ask. If it hasn't been 72 hours since the first outstanding answer has been given, please wait to ask a new question until that time elapses.
If you are guessing at the question, please pay close attention—you get only one guess per question and the person asking the question must count edited answers as wrong. You are discouraged from including answers you are not going to guess in your post to prevent confusion. If you repeat an already given answer, either through responding to a question that wasn't the most recently asked or not looking at what's been guessed for the current question already, you're screwed. Also, it's no fun if you're looking up the answer, so please don't do it. (It is a good idea for the person asking to look his own answer up to double-check, though.)
As with the original thread, I will ask the first question of the revived thread, which this time is as follows:
- Colorectal cancer
- Prostate cancer
- Pancreatic cancer
- Lung cancer
