Here are the Assets available at today's auction. May the best CEO prevail!

Trust Fund

All bids on this asset are taken from players, doubled, then divided evenly among those who bid.

Moderator Note:

The doubled result is rounded to the nearest 5.

Passive Income

At the end of each Fiscal Quarter your remaining Millions increase by 10%, rounded down to the nearest Million.

Shell Companies

Every Fiscal Quarter, if you have 30 or more Millions, you may choose to Split. If you do, burn 15 Millions and create a Sidekick with that much Millions. That Sidekick takes all damage you would take this round.

Something About Crypto

Whenever you defend or attack, multiply the attack or defense by a random number between 0.75 and 1.5, rounded up. At the start of every round, increase your Energy by a random number between -8 and 10.

Investments

For every Million you spend on this Asset in a Fiscal Quarter, you have an extra 3 Millions to allocate to Lawsuits the following round.

Solar Energy Panels

This asset reduces the cost needed to activate other Assets by 5 Millions each Fiscal Quarter. This reduction is global across all your Assets; you do not get a discount per Asset. This effect is passive.

Headquarters Building

At any time that you have 1 or more Millions, you may sell this asset for 150 Millions, but your counter suits become half as effective from that point onward.

Jake's Bailout

If at the conclusion of the auction you have a negative number of Millions, adds 40 Millions to your total, otherwise does nothing.

Client Relationships

The winner of this asset can choose another player before Round 1. This is public, and ties them together. For the first 4 rounds, their defense is combined (add their two defense allocations together) and then applied separately to both (e.g. if their combined defense is 30, they

both separately

have 30 defense for that round).

Government Lobbying

If you were to lose the game due to having 0 or less Millions, instead lose this Asset, then your Millions are set to 25.

I interpret that as an addition of 40 Millions, eg if you're 60 Millions in the red, you'd get 40 added to your total and would be 20 Millions in the red (which is still death)

The auction has ended and everyone gets to walk away with their shiny new assets! Wait... only one person's walking out... and they have literally nothing. NotAJumbleOfNumbers wasn't lucky, I suppose. The rest are still in the auction house, seemingly arguing over something. We'll see what happens.
