Feedback questions before I run it again:

Were deadlines too fast or slow?
Would more prods have been helpful?

Probably shorter deadlines and more prods would have been helpful. I think a lot of people were waiting to make alliances and just forgot to submit. (Making the deadline shorter encourages people to submit early.)
