Even if he had you hard townlocked (he didn't), it is silly to act like you would not kill him as scum because there are 3 scum alive. So unless you want to argue he townlocked you and anyone you could hypothetically be partnered with, this is ridiculous.

(Which, btw, if I was scum I probably still would have killed him after his read changed around on me for this reason, so I am not saying his kill clears me in anyways - just silly to act like I in particular needed to kill him)
