i did think originally that titus claiming mastina as her mason buddy was bc they were scum together but the way things played out makes it seem like mastina and titus were not at all on the same page, otherwise they prooobably would have been more coordinated about it

I had claimed the reveal would be on D4, not D3.

I was under fairly wide suspicion.

Roden, my HARD push, flipped town.

These look more like crumbs that you "might work out" looking in their isos, but are not designed to look like they are smacking you over the head with it.

I think that if they had pointed back to these two posts, and said look, this is all we said about one another for all of Day 2 to leave as crumbs "Titus can work with Klick" and "Klick knows that Titus isn't scum" I think I would have bought those are a planned crumb that was not trying to look hella obvious (which is the point of a CRUMB)

The harsh swap in way of talking about one another from their only "interactions" day 2, to the way both of them are talking about the other day 3 feels off. More so with Titus obviously, because Klick does have the easy alternative of : he saw what Titus did today

But this is a question for another day.

I think that the original claim was going to be that it fired night 1 (which is why there is the fumble from I have a Partner, to I might have a partner).

(also, if you go through and do a control+f search for every player's name, looking for comments from day 2, really the only options that cannot be pretty easily discredited are Klick and Mastina)

Correct; I saw 'I am keeping my partner hidden' and the alarm bells in my head went off telling me that was bullshit
Titus wasn't claiming from a position of it being acceptable to withhold information. If she were telling the truth, it needed to be all of it, right away, to avoid exactly what happened: Titus' claim adapting with new information.
I hadn't read Ydrasse's claim at all when I made 2381, it was a reaction to me catching up on the thread in chronological order.

I have two things to say in response to 2679
1. I say more about Titus than you suggest through my reads on the game at large. Titus was in my PoE D2 and left PoE through her actions on D2 (specifically, I thought her drunk solving looked like she was genuinely trying to solve).
2. If I were scum with Titus, I don't think I'd sign off on a plan for the two of us to claim Masons in any capacity. I think I'd be happy with my current position in the game from a 'I could viably endgame' perspective, and I wouldn't want to tie myself to Titus, who is in a considerably worse position than that. Plus thinking long-term, I don't think the concept of 'Titus/Klick!scumbuddies fakeclaiming Masons and being at endgame and surviving together' is something I'd ever believe would work.

But I guess another reasonable answer is that she intended to never say anyone.

1: can't keep up with thread from work, so no further commentary now.

I realized that I rushed some things eg fire claim not acknowledged, but I promise that when I am not 2 hours late for work, I'll be able to talk more about everything.

3: I need to go through the day again and give non-fire-centric thoughts, off of changed information.

For instance, Ydrasse locktownned, jjh locktownned, PP locktownned, and the big one: Lukewarm locktownned, among others.

Another biggie:
Obviously, Klick and Dann aren't scum together.
But both individually are ambivalent to me: having reasons to be town, but also, reasons to be scum. They COULD be TvT, but aren't sVs, and still have a decent chance of having scum.

Klick is potentially scum for some things yet town for others, Dann is potentially scum by play but might have townslipped yet the townslip is fakeable.

So uh.

Gonna need to rain check this one. (I think that's the expression to use? Delay until tomorrow.)

Like mastina drove the Roden wagon from the very start and they were wrong. And it’s fine if they had expressed some doubts because then I could see that one push or the other push was more or less serious so I could rely on the strength of the player. But the large number of assumptions in their push of fireisredsir [no interference on their action, protection sitting on fireisredsir (or Ascetic), and the thoughts on balance] should have produced a nuance approach to the result and explanation. Instead we get someone who is screaming bloody murder. It doesn’t add up, and I wouldn’t rely on it for anything.
