That’s okay.

I will read the rest after work.

I am not interested in a fight that can be resolved later when I have ample evidence to explain my case.
We should still avoid an ML if possible.
I don’t like the fact that people have just been sitting on me all day as a wagon.
Like no one has been trying to push up a new wagon a new slot they believe can be wolf.

My legacy if we die is this, If we want to win y’all need to pick up the pressure going forward.

We do have a confirmable like role, doesn’t directly clear us but we can confirm our ability.

I’m thinking if Yume is scum then someone else on the Prof wagon probably is also. I would like to see more content from that slot to test my theory but until then Radja really hasn’t done anything to convince me he’s town.
It’s the end of the world as you know it and we feel fine.

The dudes 50/50, the player style of that player is -EV considering he’s in inactive type that doesn’t seem to do a whole lot.

I can’t vote a wagon I can’t be confident in.

I’m not against it going over since “-EV” but I’d still highly prefer a likely wolf going through instead.

I think Radja can be a wolf.

I think your PoE is also good.

This is multiball so at least two scum exist.

I think we will learn a lot more from why Mastina pushed me and who she pushes after she realizes her “mistake”

I also don’t think you’re dying today. Your wagon is almost not one.

I think if I am right on who scum is (or have proper if/thens) I will be able to predict the wagon movement.

Drap are you by any chance originally from MU? Because most people on MS use the term scum unless there referring to a deep wolf. On MU people use villager instead of town and wolf instead of scum.

What is there to respond to?
Yume flaking is incredibly common.

It’s not worth investing energy until they play or are replaced

I thought you knew it was me and not Titus but on general, I am far less likely to listen to players who are suss on me.

If you were doing that, I’d probably think you were scum because you did exactly that in LOST. You being suss on me but not actually trying to run me up, sounds pretty much inline with pretty much most of your towngames where you know my main.

You are pretty much suspicious of me in almost every game we play together like PYP for example, so I think you’re probably town here.

UNVOTE: FA for now.
That's the thing tho.

STD's town/scum meta are night/day different. And this game STD is a beacon of light. This is his towngame through and through. He's literally radiating his alignment, a shining beacon of towniness. He is town, 100%. Like, genuinely top-tier townread, town. He cannot be scum here.

Frozen Angel also has a town/scum meta that are night/day different. The asterisk to my read on FA here is that I don't know which is which.

I KNOW that FA has a night/day difference in her town meta and her scum meta.
I'm PRETTY sure that this is the night half, that this is the scum half, that this is FA as scum. But the asterisk on my read is that I might be remembering it backwards. I'm PRETTY sure I'm getting it right that this is the scum half tho.
I see.
I think that I get the lock-TR on STD more after his interactions with FA, then your original TR before so.
Though, I 100% agree that STD has noticeable differences between his towngame and scumgame based of previous games.
I'm not sure about FA though because I don't know her towngame or scumgame. I think that I'll take your word though because you seem to know her better than me.
-Rubella
she said nothing there for you to sheep it. just some meta calls. not for std and not for me. she specifically said she has no idea what she is doing with her meta read on me and you intend to sheep it cause pushing me seems like a viable strategy and townreading std seems consistent with your stance from before? she didn't even explain the meta on std and how its similar to this game.
I missed the part where she said that she had no idea.

I don't think that pushing you counts as a viable strategy if I was scum, because I'm more likely to look worse by doing so. As for STD, I think that his tone during his interactions with you feels consitent with his tone from previous games where he was Town.
The last sentence is a good point, though.
In post 273, Frozen Angel wrote:like what is happening in this game.
Was this intended as a question?
Because I feel like a lot of reads for me in this game are based off interactions.
-Rubella
So I colored up the part she mentioned my meta read. Your response is god damn awful here for multiple reasons:

1 - She clearly said all over the place that she is not certain which is which but she never said she had no idea, so you missed that even after looking into it again when I called you on it?!
2 - Even ignoring the first point how could you not see that confusion part in the original post in first place when its literally all over the place?!

That is so weird for it to be a non biased analytical mindset. you seem to be wanting to keeping everyone happy, jumping on mastinas meta read and then jumping back out of it after I come back at you for sheeping that shallow read.

---

as for your questions, at this point in game 2 days ago I was basically feeling many slots don't wanna put in any work and the rest just wanna say stuff for the sake of it. like for example we had a full 3 page / 4 page discussion over me calling a behavior alarming and calling it out load in response to mastinas hard town read on it with me explaining it like 20 times that its not a scum read and just an alarming behavior to keep note of for reasons I explained yet people still ask the same questions over and over about it instead of developing the game on different directions to give me any kind of ammo to analyze slots

and then there are people like mastina who drop a meta read on me that I'm either 100% town or 100% not town based on it and she acts like she is developing the game with dropping that bomb shell of information in game and yet still refused to talk about any of her weird reads that she dropped of nowhere cause her process is internalized or something.

so yeah I was frustrated and I was having trouble with the game. My play style is extremely analytical. usually I go in deep real time conversations and question back and forth to sort slots but I cant do much of that nowadays in comparison to old times cause of limited time for gaming so I'm way more relied on the game to be progressed on multiple directions by other town players so I can analyze things and make my reads.

---

and before someone asks why I'm writing this, I'm writing cause it was questioned. If you don't wanna read me ranting about this game then dont read it

I think its very possible you fabricated that read to position yourself close to FA, who usually is a very active player(been a while since I've played, but that's how I remember it)
u treating me/bun as interchangeable does make me think u interacting w the thread instead of sorting individuals.

And their other new content is also bad.
That behavior - why did you count it scummy? I mean not finding anything to like about a slot making someone scum read/suspect another slot. how is that not from a genuine mindset and a faked one in your opinion that warranted this vote from you?

You were scumreading me then, now your question is about how it made me obv town and not just town?

It seems like a jump on mind set and not a smooth one.

In post 265, Frozen Angel wrote:I swear that understanding mastina posts and reads was not this hard few years ago.
I mean, to be fair: I have internalized my process more, where I do a lot of things automatically that I used to write out manually.

Writing them out manually makes it much easier for others to understand, but I just don't have the time to do it most of the time which is why I learned to internalize it in the first place. :P

Also, I find that I have more value to the town by just acting like a bit of a shotgun flamethrower: pushing with a strong punch, to help lay down rapid-fire content for the rest of the town to react to and then interact with.

There are always players who end up ignoring my posts, but players reacting to my posts are not ignored by the players ignoring my posts, so there's always players who get extra content from me being in the game. So I'm not really concerned about accuracy. I try to be accurate, but I put a lot less work into being accurate.

I like to be lazy with my reads until I don't need to be lazy with them. Which means that I push them strongly, and then the town is usually left with a gamestate more suited for finding scum. It works well. I obviously would prefer to be accurate, and I think that I am more accurate than not. I legit think my reads are more right than wrong right now. But push come to shove, my reads don't
need
to be accurate for me to still generate value for the town--and thus, I don't really have as much incentive as I used to, to do more in-depth posts that show the nuances.

That said, often, I don't need to. When I'm right, usually others can see where I'm coming from. When I'm wrong, others have reasons that are usually harder to overcome because they are right and I am wrong. My rightness is easier to follow; my wrongness is harder to follow.
Just to be clear I skimmed the game a bit yesterday mid day when I was waiting in a lobby somewhere so I read mastina posts in this page before I made the today posts so I was somewhat responding to these posts above as well

regardless I'm extremely unfamiliar with meta tells of this website in general after my long abscenece and I forgot the ones that I knew from before anyway. So if people don't talk about their impressions and how they got them in details I will not be able to follow that logic at all and we gonna clash over and over about those reads to get on same page about them if you won't help me out to understand where you're coming from with over the most basic impressions you might have about the different slots in game based on your previous awareness of their play styles.

Not true!

I know exactly what I am doing with you.

Your play is night and day different between your scumgames and towngames--that's a fact. Your townplay is nothing like your scumplay; your scumplay is nothing like your townplay. That is true.

These metas are very distinct and very obvious and very noticeable. That is true.

You are 100% playing to one of the two metas. You are absolutely in one of those two metas, not blurring it, not blending it, not hiding it, fitting that meta to a T. That is true.

All of this means I know exactly what I'm doing with my meta on you; I know all of the above is true.

The one and only area I falter in is knowing which meta is which.

You are either 100% town, or 100% scum, with absolutely no in-between. There's no room where your content is 75% towngame with 25% being scum, or 75% scumgame with 25% town. It is 100% fully and entirely in the established meta for the alignment you are. If you are scum then you are playing your scum meta to a T; if you are town, then you are playing your town meta to a T. Most players as town never have 100% of their towngame, and most players as scum never have 100% of your scumgame.

But you, whatever your alignment is, do have that 100%.

The one question is which alignment is which.

And I'm pretty sure this is the scumgame, from my memory.

That ain't me not knowing what I'm talking about. I know EXACTLY what I am talking about and it is guaranteed to be true. You're playing to an established meta, with zero divergence from said meta whatsoever. And the meta you are playing I
think
is the scum one.
I'm sorry Mastina

But are you serious

I am 100% town or 100% scum?

Like did you even think about this before typing it out? You are exactly correct indeed. I am 100% town or 100% scum to you. All the slots in game are 100% town and 100% scum.

Couldn't you just omit that annoying non sense part and keep only the last part of the whole post when you say "your hunch is that it fits my scum meta" cause I have absolutely no issue with that part. But I have alergy to rest of that post.

regarding the meta, I have no idea what you're talking about since you elaborated nothing and said pretty clear you have no intention to in your previous post at least for a while so I guess I'll just wait till you come with more details about it so we can go over that and analyze it together if that is your true intention.

for now, I will keep this post in mind
