I'd like to point one thing out so far, since I haven't been posting much views about the game.
Right now the two people standing out as the most scummy to me are:
- 1. Albert B. Rampage
2. zwetschanwasser
PhilyEc wrote:I believe the second Albert came under scrutiny he curled up into a defensive little ball and began firing out craplogic claims to seem more like a poor player rather than have to answer questions. Perhaps hes not good at defending himself or perhaps he doesnt want to allow too much attention to come his way this early. This is true. He isn't defending himself very well, but is doing a good job at directing attention to other players.

People look at the vote count. Look at the reasons. Theyre weak and yet hes earned himself many voters. I'm not convinced hes scum at all and I dont see the game going downhill just because hes here (aimed at you, Gorrad). I also see my prime suspect (Albert) voting for the same person as well as 4 others?
We have at least one scum in the group there obviously. My votes stayingright where it is.
To any townies reading this, I think it would be wise to compare Albert's gaming to Zwet's. Both seem scummy but I think the jumping on of Zwet is an indication that if this lynch goes through, itll be a mislynch. Albertbeingon the wagon just makes me think more so that he is infact Mafia (Hollow).kortskorts (14:18:48): haylen wants more porno-related questions

That and "Tagging along popular bandwagons while staying off the radar by not contributing in any meaningful way. Would love to see something from any of them that's helpful." - My cause for the FOS. In fact:DOS wrote:Green Crayons, is your main reason for voting Seraphim that he has yet to answer my question? I just want to be clear. If there are other reasons, I would appreciate seeing them.
...leads me to believe that my suspicions voiced for my FOS were justified. He saw momentum and joined the chorus of people going "Blargh GC looks suspicious/is active" just to look active/helpful.Seraphim wrote:As for GC...I looked back at the posts and I looked at my post and can't remember why I made that post and what the hell I was talking about. I still have no idea what I was talking about. Sorry to deprive you of information but I must have been really tired or in a hurry at the time of that post.
That, in and of itself, makes perfect sense. But when you look at the fact thatwasser wrote:Green, I was suspicious of Phily more than you. I saw you as scummy, but I wanted Phily to respond first. How is this a contradiction?Phily had already responded six posts before your own, this explanation doesn't hold up. If what you're saying was true, what else were you waiting for from Phily?
So, who is turning up suspicious on your radar so that our attention isn't so distracted by wasser's poor playstyle?Xtox wrote:It's playstyle. Same as why i'm mislynched most the time. And you'll probably speedlynch him in a couple days..."This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." Gorrad:
But he talks like a gentleman, right? Like you imagined when you were young?
THE CASES:
Now, both players have one things in common: both of them have had short and unhelpful posts(talk about pot calling the kettle black, but hey). That's not a scumtell, persay, but it does not help either player.
First, ABR:
From your meta, I know that you tend to be manipulative and very, very aggressive. You've got an ego which is why I find it very odd that you're taking your cues from other players. First, you're with Green and then you join onto a popular wagon(zwet) off of one post just because other people are voting for him.
and I still don't get this post.I've decided to get back into the game. I will take no questions for the moment.
And this:
Way to set up tomorrow's lynch. Looks like we know who you're attacking tomorrow.Say you suspect two people equally. Who are you going to vote for, the one who has 3 people on the bandwagon, or the one with only 1 person?
All in all, I think ABR is scummy because he definitely isn't playing like his townie self...it's very odd and very unlike ABR. This aided by some very scummy behavior. He would be my vote right now if it wasn't for...
ZWET:
I don't like this post.Scum, but I want Phily to answer first.
That's why I was holding off on GC until Phily gave me something to work with.
I don't like this post either
I don't like this post combined with the previous two. It's not a contradiction. I'm still trying to decide whether or not Phily is scum. I won't vote for Green Crayons until I do.
Since GC is scum in the first post, why aren't you voting him? It smells bad. And why does Phily have to give you something to work with? There is no question and I think that you're just looking to make another player look bad while still attacking GC. Carrying on two attacks in such a fashion is scummy, my friend.
What? That's why you vote for GC? Because he's falling under the radar? WHAT?!I'm not worthless. Phily is looking more and more like town, while Green Crayons seems to be falling under the radar.
We don't need a deadline extension. You're just trying to prolong your own death.Vote: Deadline Extension
Vote: zwet
That's L-1. I also did some checking back on his town meta and he's usually a lot more helpful than this.- Xtoxm

Vote Count:7 to lynch
zwetschanwasser: 7 (GLaDOS, Korlash, Albert B. Rampage, Giuseppe, Gorrad, Seraphim, Xtoxm)
Gorrad: 2 (ZEEnon, Jebus)
Albert B. Rampage: 1 (PhilyEc)
Green Crayons: 1 (zwetschenwasser)
Seraphim: 1 (Green Grayons)
Not Voting: 0
zwetschenwasser lets out a terrible shriek as the crowd surrounds him, a shriek which forces everyone else to cover their ears in pain. Then he abandons his disguise and takes to the sky, laughing maniacally. "You pathetic humans can't reach me up here!" he shouts, winging back and forth gleefully. Of course, he fails to take into account the telephone pole, which seven people working together have very little difficulty swinging mightily. As the hollow is put down once and for all, there is another sound no one has heard before, and the gates of hell appear to collect the hollow's soul, which was twisted and evil before the man ever died in the first place.

It was a quiet night, especially by the standards of Karakura Town. Still feeling good about the success in defeating a foul hollow yesterday, everyone assembles in the morning to a further morale booster - no casualties during the night.
Nobody has died Night One.
It is now Day Two. With 11 alive, it will take 6 votes to lynch.- ZEEnon

AWESOME! 'doctor' save! (most likely, no idea why mafia would NK)
well the doctor now knows a (potential) clear, which is good.
also, it isHIGHLYlikely, (assuming we have three mafia)
that two mafia were on zwetschenwasser's bandwagon.
my reasoning for this? because i doubt that the mafia could have known the serial killer,
so they probably thought a regular town-aligned player was getting lynched.
i also apologize for not removing my random vote off of Gorrad last day, people hammered far too quickly.
i re-read the thread to get a better grasp on the game,
&& i still suspect Albert B. Rampage of being a mafia member. i can also see Seraphim being scum as well.
right now i don'tthinkGreen Crayons is scum.
this is because last game i was in with him and he WAS scum, he lurked a lot for the first day.
just a thought, nothing confirmed or anything.
if Albert B. Rampage is mafia, i can see a pairing between him and Gorrad for this post:
Gorrad wrote:Read through. Notable thoughts:
GLaDOS is probably town. I'd bet on ABR-town too.
Scumvibes from PhilyEc.first of all, i don't see how Albert B. Rampage seems pro-town.
if you can point it out, that would be awesome.
also, he preforms a mini chain-saw defense against PhilyEc,
a person that was in a current debate against Albert B. Rampage.
also, as of now, i see Xtoxm as probably town. probable, not definite.
he noticed the bandwagon on zwetschenwasser as well, although zwetschenwasser was anti-town nonetheless:Xtoxm wrote:The Zwet wagon looks like a scum excuse to lynch a townie based on playstyle.GLaDOS wrote:ZEEnon, how did you go about writing Post 157? Did you read the game and then type it up? Did you type as you were reading? Did you read through first, then type as you read a second time? Did you edit in things as you typed?i am always caught up with the game, reading through it regularly.
i just don't always find it neccessary to post if i have nothing important to contribute.
the way i post is that i start from the first post,
and i go to the end, finding everything that i was to comment on.
in conclusion, i will start this day off with my vote:

As far as GC goes I have a stupid suspicion he is scum based off of my trademark craplogic but I'm not pushing it simply becuase I don't think what he did really qualifies. I'm only saying it becuase I had orriginally planned on voting him for this reason yesterday but never did and... yeah... >.>
Let's see other things... Oh right I'm freaking glad that stupid hallow is finally dead! Yay me! <3 Chadokun!
Other things other things... right something random... Gorrad are you feeling it? You know, it? Yes? no? Ok...
Other then that my next two days are hectic so I might or might not post...
<.< What a worthless post by me...It's not my job to be right, it's my job to be convincing.

Right and his lynch was such a bad thing...
And SK is scum. So learn the word before you try any of this self gratifying shit on the rest of us. you spent all of yesterday saying "Zwet doesn't look like scum" andnothingelse with no real back up of that statement. You can say you were right after you've actually contributed something to this game!

A few posts later you responded to my question in a round about fashion, stating that you would rather lynch ABR than wasser. Why did you want to lynch ABR? Do you still want to do so? Additionally, if you thought wasser's play wasn't suspicious, and that it was simply his normal play, why did you hammer him?Green Crayons wrote:

I would like DOS to be a bit more forthcoming with her reasons and general suspicions. She has been playing this game close to the chest, though she seems highly logical/reasonable and the town would probably benefit from her input. This leads me to believe that she's an alt and doesn't want to put her usual playstyle on full display (which would mean her posting ticks are a way to cover up any usual gameplay style), or that she's a scum and doesn't want to come across as too knowledgable as to who is and isn't scum (which would mean her posting style is something of a diversionary tactic). Or maybe she's an alt who is scum. Or neither. Any way you slice it, though, I would like to see more than one liners from her."This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." So, your Phily vote wasn't an OMGUS vote because you already had suspicions against him: after all, you said you agreed with a suspicious blip I noticed and something else that you can't remember or be half bothered to go back and double check. That's it? Really?
Talk about weak. At this point, it would have been less suspicious to have owned up to the OMGUS instead of claiming to have had legitimate suspicions prior to his vote on you followed by dragging your feet to explain what these suspicions were, only to find that you pointed to a post that wasn't even talking about Phily and another where you don't even know to what you are referring.
Anyways:Albert wrote:Anyone who notes how I suspected PhilyEcbeforehe voted for me gets brownie points.
Looks like, to me, that Giuseppe is saying he sees and recogizes Albert's pre-Phily vote suspicions towards Phily. So, Giuseppe. What exactly were you noting?Giuseppe wrote:Noted."This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." Albert, if you are town then you are not the only one scumhunting; when people pose questions to you, you ought to assume that they, too, are scumhunting and answer them unless you have a specific reason to withhold an answer. If everybody took the attitude you are displaying right now, nobody would answer questions.
Furthermore, your lack of explanations are mirroring zwetschenwasser's lack of explanations. You both claim to "explain" things without really giving an adequate explanation, and then when asked to clarify you just keep pointing back to your original "explanation." Need I elaborate?
Fact: Scum like to leech off other players' arguments.
Fact: You are leeching off Green Crayons, and when asked to explain why you agree with GC you cannot do so.
Fact: I am now voting for you.
I find it ridiculous that you claim that you were "forced to physically write out your suspicions" when all you did was quote Green Crayons. Your word choice here also conveys the connotation that you just about exhausted yourself with these efforts, which is rubbish.
Note: I recognize that Seraphim has done something very similar (in claiming to not remember what in Green Crayons' post he found suspicious), but Seraphim -- unlike Albert -- has not continually tried to defend that position.
~
Green Crayons, did you suspect I was an alt before the game went into night, or was that some revelation you just had today?
What in particular would you like me to elaborate on, if anything?
What exactly was the purpose of your post concerning me where your ultimate conclusion was "she is either scum or she is not"? At a glance you appear to be trying to ask me to explain things more often, but I am catching the ulterior motive of trying to probe into how experienced a player I am without asking me up front.
As scum, who do you generally choose to nightkill? Do you like to kill players like me?"Aperture Science: We do what we must because we can."- ZEEnon

So you are saying that you would rather see somebody DEAD?
So you are saying that when nobody is killed, that it can't possibly be a doctor save?
