Using a proxy is no problem. It's using an anonymous/open proxy. It's really only the anonymizers that I'm targetting.

I got on Mafiascum from March to May at school during keyboarding class, and I didn't use an anonymizer. I just got on the website, then afterwards deleted the history of me ever going to that website. The administrators at our school don't shut down anything, because I guess it is just a middle school, they don't care, and they don't think kids are naughty like that. They just have some websites like google where you can't search anything, same for yahoo, etc. They have a list of banned sites.

Ok? How is this relevant to this topic?

hmm, apparently NaR got banned as a result of this. Could somebody briefly explain to me why some people are allowed to use Alts, and some aren't?
personally, i think they should all be banned....

At present, anyone can use an alt as long as they do not abuse the privilege, in particular use it to break rules such as limits on the number of games you are allowed to play at any one time.

Briefly: Everyone is allowed to have multiple accounts unless you break a rule. Notably: You cannot play in a game with yourself and you cannot use the alt to get around game limit restrictions.
