I'm not in favor of a massclaim (SHOCK AWE). Nor do I think its happening now. It can wait until past day 2 ffs.
I... what? Everything going on this is what we get?Sajin wrote:I like this. This is far better than your "it must be bussing!" paranoia. I like me some good chainsaw defense paranoia instead.

I hate the bunny claim, but when Plum and Socio and Benmage and Tubby all could be possible scum, the logical thing is to get on the bigger wagon

Ok, thats one eye gone. I can still see at least some.
WELP, there goes the other eye. Time for reading via osmosis.SB wrote: Ah, I'm so confused with this game. Claims back and forth, some of them which doesn't make any sense at all. I don't know what to think...
Anyways, I'll unvote for now. The whole tubby lynch is just too confusing now. Too much wifom, too much possibilities.
Except these words seeping into my brain are making me sick.

Let's do this thing.
Now, this is interesting. Aside from the fact I care as much about meta as I do about what's happening in other galaxies - yes, I do see a difference in this play.Benmage wrote:7.) SpyreX: Confused. I think theres still a good chance hes scum. Noway a town SpyreX thinks i'm scum, we've just been in like 3 games where I was town...and has my play changed at all?
Not that I care one whit about it and wouldn't even begin to absolve or condemn you because of it but there is a marked difference.
However, that is secondary to the play. Especially regarding your claim, your stance on me, your interactions with Volkan and your general history this one. So...
---
Stark is town. Or a magnificent scum. Either way I am pro his life and I wished YESTERDAY had this stark.
@Stark: Claim-switch-claim is generally a bad strategy. However, the main wagon (ben) was pushed to a vanilla claim () and then plum insinuated information leading to a new wagon (because it wouldn't be given freely).
Do I think Tubby is a-grade town now? Hoss to the no. Do I think he is the correct lynch today? Nope.- SerialClergyman

Theres differences in every game. You could say mafia 98 differed from 841 but i was town in both...i still think my play is the same(for obvious reasons)SpyreX wrote:

My claim...w.t.f would it do? You believe it and wagon up someone else only to claim and repeat the cycle we've been down.
My interaction with Vollkan doesnt at all resemble how i've bickered with gieff in one game with crypto in another?? I have a knack for it.
History this one? explain..
There are atrocious votes on me/players in this game. I thinking i'm pinging you as the strangercoug of this game. Your better than this, so the only explanation is you are scum.
If you guys want more of a claim i can give flavor and name but not ability.- stark

Remember my thing about A arguing B, C supports A? Figuring out A gives answeres to B and C, if D still said C was lying it would obviously be the right move to lynch tubby since it nets confirmed scum either way. Not sure if it confirms anyone outside of possibly B at this point, but if it confirms/condems more then one player, it might not be bad to still look in to.Benmage wrote:

This game is wreaking havoc with my mind though given that about a quarter of the game has claimed and there arent any obvious solutions/moves available. Apparently I need to go back and read Ben which is going to suck a big one.-

hmm maybe not following the logic llama. can u use thier name.(FYI ASKED stark!!?!? but anyways)
A is tubby-hider
B milk-copcurer
C Plum-masonish
D SP-RB
(you forgot E who is nameless, C-plums info)
A hides behind B confirming B. C gets info (from E) on A confirming A. D claims to block C. C announces E and all is well..
So what does a get us? Lynch A doesnt provide insight into anyone else...
I agree that rolenamecop doesnt do too much(i.e. aint the most powerful PR) and might be worth findingout who this Mason partner of plums is. Or maybe a full claim from Plum might be needed...Why didnt see do any move. A mason and a namecop pair...interesting.

I got an answer... but thanks for making me reconsider again. Erg. Seriously, who is scum? ^^But you just asked not to long ago if there was EVEN A REASON FOR THIS WAGON. I.... my...
About benmage... well, according to him he's playing the same as always. It seems like maybe people just don't like the way he plays instead of actually thinking he's very likely scum. But that brings me back to wondering who IS very likely scum... I thought tubby was pretty good but his claim was supported.
So what do people think about SocioPath...
---
What do people think about SP...
The Causer of "Weep?" Is that really supposed to be a role name? The Causer of Weep.
(I make people cry, although unlike in real life, it says I don't enjoy doing such. )
I sell fish. Trying to save money so my preggo wive can pop out the child closer to the Goma.
Also, I note he used the one bit of flavor that everyone knows... oh, and "I sell fish."
I know that last time I doubted a claim people thought I was being quite irrational, but this, well, again, this claim seems kind of iffy to me.
---
Yes, thisit would obviously be the right move to lynch tubby since it nets confirmed scum either waywouldbe great. But tubby-town seems fairly plausible and doesn't confirm any scum, since Plum says SocioPath isn't necessarily lying. Even tubby-scum wouldn't make Plum necassirly scum, because she only gauruntees tubby's rolename.- stark

Well yeah thats why I said it used to work. When C and D led to different solutions to A, lynching A gave information on three players directly. Im just thinking that a tubby lynch still isnt the worse possible thing in the world given how many people are strongly attached to him. I still need to reevaluate what is going on a bit, I feel with so many visable pieces there needs to be something obvious here we are missing.Benmage wrote:A is tubby-hider

Because I don't understand your problem with his claim. You must take exception to his claimed hide mechanic, but I don't see why you do- it doesn't seem like the kind of thing someone would make up. IHow is tubby-town fairly plausible???????wouldhave a problem with his super-weird "flavor," but Plum confirmed that his role name is "The Happy Hoppy Fluffy Bunny" (or something), so... well, there you go. Neither the hide mechanic nor "The Happy Hoppy Fluffy Bunny" make alot of sense on scum...- Papa Zito

Well, still. You don't cause "Weep..." you cause "WeepYeah.ing."
---
-SB claims miller.
-I soft-claim curer in response to Kise's jester-vigilante-cop antics.
-The Hugger and the Sculptor dead before they could contribute anything.
-kmd, The Rats, third party, lynched. Claims he wanted The Rat Tamer and/or Saijin dead.
-The Rat Tamer dies.
-KK, The Scribe, Scum, also dies. He (?) alledgedly writes a note saying that kmd wants to lynch benmage. (Unfortunately I don't think this reflects at all on benmage.)
-SpyreX is brought up but not explained in a modpost- something vaguely bad happened to him. Claims he non-actively gave SB a potion.
-SC, The Toucher, says SpyreX must be lying, because he would have taken any active ability. Oops, it isn't actually active.
-SB resists at first, but eventually says she recieved one-shot cop.
-tubby claims Bunny-Hider, hiding behind me (presumably because of my claim).
-Plum confirms tubby is a Bunny.
-SocioPath says Plum must be lying, he would have blocked her ability. Oops, notthatability.
Writing that out didn't help me a whole lot. Did I forget anything? I do note one thing. There was a note saying kmd wanted benmage dead, and now benmage is close-ish to being lynched. (Also kmd's other guy, The Rat Tamer, is dead.)- tubby216

By the way...
SpyreX should get started on those hats, maybe.I'd eat a million hats if due to rolename there was anything that was useful for town. I'm pretty sold on there not being "Happy Bunny Good Town Fisherman(er)"
Tubby and the power of 30-page-prior suggestion? ^^ Plum did intentionally remain a bit distant from tubby, and did conveniently have passive information when she discovered she was role-blocked. But would scum really try something like that? (Honest question... would they?)Plum-tubby scumteam?
Do you have a particular reason to think Benmage is town, or just a read?I'm so disappointed. Benmage is town.- SocioPath

I still don't see why most people just overlook the fact that Plum may be scum. I mean, it could all be a good gambit. If the whole miller-claim was a gambit made by me, how come the same can't be applied to Plum and tubby, when it's more plausible?Taking a long break from mafia games.
