Zappa/Orbots, are you unable to make educated suppositions based on the 100 pages or so of information that has already been proffered? I must admit I'm a little surprised at your unwillingness to express some sort of preference. Also, do you think those in the great beyond are unable to see your stated preferences onscreen? Do you think it may have some bearing in their decision?

Also, Garrett/ShadowLurker, my position on the Valentine-Panzerjager-zu_Faul/Locke-curiouskarmadog disparity of Day 1 has indeed radically changed, and looks far more like your position.

Glen Stewart Godwin notices a dartboard, and starts to throw some darts at it. He's not particular good or bad at darts, and the game is rather boring. But there's a relative lack of other things to do. At least it seems like this happy hour will only last for another week or so.

(For the record, I would like to hear how Valentine/ZuFaul is getting along, and if he has any questions or anything.)

You guys remember Angel? [Gaspar] I really think he does not belong here. It seems what he is doing in contrary to our purpose.

I overheard him talking offstage about "slips". But I remember him from an earlier *ahem* movie, in which he clearly stated his dislike of slips. He made me not use one... which was kind of nice, I must confess.

DEATH is passed out in a corner of the bar, sleeping off his drunkenness. He dreams of puppies, daffodils, and little ducks with more substantial lists with material based upon actions within "this game" rather than a one point "meta argument". Whatever the hell those things are.

Ugh. The waiting is the worst part, it is driving me crazy. I am with Godwin (Thok) in that the firing of our awful director could work well as a signal to let us know when to vote for real. In the meantime should we not all have our Condorcet votes active?

Mr Green falls quiet again and looks around the bar with a clear aura of frustration. Sure it's ladies night and all, but would it kill them to have a TV on in here showing the business channel or hell even the football game. To amuse himself Mr Green commandeers a bowl of peanuts and starts to throw them in DEATH's direction, trying to score a bullseye by hitting one right though his maggoty eye socket.

Nothing I say should have any bearing on their decision, no. Why should it? Another weird question.

Also, we haven't had 100 pages of discussion about why the casting was done as it was. That decision happened today. So no, I'm not going to condemn the guy since I haven't heard his side of the story yet.

Well I certainly hope that our questions to anybody not present with us may be relayed through God to the appropriate person, and they can prepare a response for whenever we meet up with them again.

Wouldn't that be quaint? And all you have to do is believe!

Hey Valentine, do you remember the details for the next event? If we've got nothing else better to do, we can try to come up with a strategy for that game, as it seemed rather complicated. (We don't have Angel here to help us think of a plan, but I think Kelly and I can make a decent attempt at it: others can join in also.)

Well I think it might be possible for Death to stunt off if we want to find out for sure. (I would probably suggest stunting with Talilan if Death opts to do this.) It might also give us some insight into what's been going on off camera.

Just voicing that possibility.

DEATH picks a peanut out of his eye and eats it, maggots and all.

I think that is a decent plan actually. I'll wait for approval, but we may as well use all of the weapons at our disposal.

One thing we should consider before I choose who, is who will be going on the boat. Obviously, I do not want to be forced onto the ship if I am going to be keeping my job in the next scene. Therefore, if I am going to have a change of personality, it should be with someone who is not required to be on the ship.

My guess is that Zu would have the ship's manifest since he copied everything down before we came to this bar.

If you use the power of stunting now, I believe from previous experience that the Director can choose the new Stuntman after the next scene starts, which means we can avoid the mess that we had this scene; the Stuntman could be chosen to be off-stage.

DEATH, I'm happy with you stunting with either Gaspar or Talilan (this is mostly process of elimination, as I feel either of them is more capable of reporting on the issues than others; Starkiss would probably be third on my list.)

As far as I know, the stuntman position would stay with me until moved, correct? Wasn't there a big long discussion about how we didn't want to move jobs around a bunch because it would narrow the list of who the AP could be? I think that is still important. That is why it is best to not just stunt someone willy-nilly and then have to change the job. Just my opinion, though.

Erm. The point of stunting would just be to confirm that we're supposed to get on with our choice, right? Because I don't see any other possible benefit.

Green (sotty) did, yes. He's suggesting we'll get some insight on what's gone on elsewhere, though I'm not sure what.

sotty, what else would you be looking for?

Ok...

1. We don't know for sure whether or not they have actually lynched off stage. CKD was fired which indicates they have lynched, but we have no way of knowing whether they actually did decide to use the system proposed here. Assuming that they did is a tad dangerous as we may force a suboptimal lynch offstage by making a decision here prematurely. Thus, by stunting, we can confirm that a lynch has actually taken place.

2. It can be communicated to us who has been lynched. I will admit that I'm not really sure there's a way that helps, but it certainly doesn't hurt to know.

3. We can gain some insight into what was discussed off stage relating to the lynch and also about our choice. I think it is reasonably important to know what those offstage think about how we should proceed on the choice even if they don't have that much control over it. Information never hurts.

4. It frees the stuntman ability, as everytime someone has used their stuntman ability, a replacement is appointed. Note there is no rule against Death being made stuntman again, but at least we can assure that the process of chosing a stuntman is done properly and ensure that the stuntman will actually be OFF STAGE when the next one is chosen.

I figure at least some of those points have importance.

It's up to you, Death. If you want to stunt him in then go ahead. Personally the only point I agree with is the 1st though.

The first, I agree with.

You've already addressed the second.

The third is shades of Carrie Fisher and the church debacle. Those elsewhere had the same information as those in the church but came to a bad conclusion. Their bad conclusion got leaked here. Also there's even less to discuss this time around I'm not sure what we could possibly have missed.

Death staying put accomplishes your fourth point without the extra paperwork, and as Death mentioned earlier, it keeps a certain individual safe.

So yeah, just the first, but even then we got the exact signal we asked for so I'm not really seeing why this is necessary. It's Death's to use though, I'll leave it up to him.

I would stunt with Talilan. I doubt they have gotten lynched since they fired CKD. I wouldn't be against Gasper being sent here either.

The main point here is to make sure a lynch has happened and we can push forward with our votes.

Also DEATH uses his ability means that the AP can
wait
to appoint another stunt man until
after
the next scene starts. Guaranteeing that the stunt man STAYS off stage.
