Gameplay Mechanics:

If that person were to earn the most Town Points and the most Lynch Vote, if the player has more Lynch Votes then Town Points, the person gets lynched and the person with the 2nd most Townie Point wins. If the person has as much or more Townie Points then Lynch Votes, the person wins and a "No Lynch" occurs. The winner is awared with the ability to use the Smash Ball for one Night and receive Night Immunity for one Night. But the player may not compete for it again. However, if it came to the circumstances where we have to reset the votes (When we reach every previous winner plus one non-winner or all previous-winners), it resets all over again.

esurio half of the hydra here; ZazieR is v/LA till I think the 8th. I will be posting in this colour for the duration of this game. Dunno if Zazi's going to pick a colour as well or not.

My two cents about the smash ball: statistically speaking, it may be helpful to note that we are far more likely to hand the smash ball off to town than to scum. I don't think we should use it when we're nearing endgame though, unless someone is totes confirmed. That's hopefully obvious to everyone, though.

A few things more

1) Fate lynch wagon is awful. I hate to use mod error, but it is there, and Fate is more likely then not town because of it. I will explain if needed but as a critical thinking exercise, try and figure it out on your own first. Only reason I am not town-voting Fate is that I would prefer vig powers in hands of someone who will think about it and is prob town then someone who is impuslive and almost for sure town at this point in a game.

2) The Smash Ball actually has a more important use then a vig, it has NK immunity. This is the best thing about it. Not the vig part, that is just the swingy thing about it.

3) Chronopie is added to the "acceptable wagon" list.

4) MPR is getting there with that last post of his.

@kirby - Probably. I think I went through a span from november to march where I was never town, and I played a lot of games during it. Do you think there have been any legitimate tells so far? Thought of the MPR wagon and applied reasoning to it?

Chalk it up to never having played with most of y'all, but why does MPR have 6 votes on only the second page of voting?

Also, I understand what diddin is saying about self-voting for the town vote, but it would not surprise me if a scum member would have tried to pull that off. Don't think that you are scum necessarily, but was just pointing that out.

I don't think there have been any tells of consequence, if any at all. Looks like people are just feeling each other out, throwing votes around, seeing what sticks.

What reasoning on the MPR wagon? There is none, and I'd even be willing to bet there's overeager scum on it. It would take some wagon analyzing (which I'll probably end up doing) to figure out who's most likely to be scum out of the MPR wagoners, but it looks like there's one on there.

Kirby is scum because of the lack of actual reasoning (and contradiction) in his voting patterns. Look at his town-vote of me, and then his statement where he says that "there hasn't been *any* tells of consequence" (which includes town-tells) and clearly an omgus vote.

Furry is town due to seeing Kirby and diddin scum; just like I do.

What I mean by that is that there have just been vibes. Nothing too concrete. My Town Vote of you was mostly because you were the one to introduce the idea that if we really didn't want scum to get the smash ball, we would not Town Vote at all. But scum could very easily do that as well; it's a very good way for scum to get town cred. I simply get a town vibe from how you did it, is all.

Is it necessary to make town votes right now? As a fellow mod, I sympathize with all of those working as Master Hand because it's a headache keeping up with votes. Also, I'm of the opinion that maybe we should keep town voting two players who utilize the smash ball reasonably - of course they'll need to stay alive. Maybe let one earn the smash ball for NK immunity, while the other is protected that same night; vice versa when it comes to switching places.

Gollum, we have like 3 or 4 mods. I'm sure that, between them, they can get the job done. If they didn't want us to Town Vote, they would not have put that mechanic in the game.

Also Gollum, about the use of the smash ball: It's possible--and for some people, easy--to be the towniest person in the game and still be scum. Therefore, I don't think only having 2 final smashers is a good idea. Not really that it locks us in, but it may blind us. Just saying.
