I think that's a rhetorical question. I mean, what's the point in gathering 28 people together and ending it when only 1 person wins. I'm pretty sure that the jester or w/e gets removed from the game after winning. This info is found in the wiki and the flash intro. >_>

I'm Peach, the Beloved Princess. I thought about it over night, and the risk of me being NKed is too great. So I decided that me being lynched would be better. Now you're probably thinking that the end result is the same: a wasted day phase. But it's not. 1. If we lynch me, we can still pick a smash ball recipient. 2. You can still use the reactions to the claim to help find scum. By the way, mod said that some people MIGHT not like it. I'm pretty sure that everyone hates jesters.

Wait a second. I am not familiar with this role, but...

You are saying lynch you, a townie, but we still get the smashball (We get it no matter what anyways), then we lose another lynch the following day, as opposed to you being NKed and us only losing one Lynch. Why as a goodie would you want to do that? It makes no sense to me. That makes you appear even more scummy than before.

Also, now that you have shown your face again, Vezokener, can you start scumhunting, or are you going to go back into hiding?

Zazie, however, hasn't responded to my PM yet, and I'm not town/lynch voting without him since he's supposedly back from V/LA. Supposedly.

This looks to me exactly like the process of bussing would look - "I'm 'okay' with my buddy's lynch, but I don't support it...Oh wait, more votes? Then I'm on the wagon!" Then they (it?) goes on to call diddin obvscum even though they hardly made a case against him, just saying "I don't buy his ISO" doesn't fly.

I fail to see where I said I did not support diddin's lynch. I also fail to see how calling someone obvscum despite not pioneering the case on someone is scummy. There was not that much

to

the case on Diddin; our collective reasons for voting him could be summed up in one or two sentences and once one person's made their case, I don't see what's wrong with simply saying "Y'know, I've looked over the person in question's iso and I agree with the case x made on y, vote: y."

Re: Gandalf, I assume in a game this large there is a doctor or two in the game that could protect him from being NKed by scum, thus preventing us from having to lose a day at all. I don't know if it's a good idea, though, considering the doc should be available to protect other, actually useful roles/what if the doctor dies in late game and we get screwed b/c of it? Probably a stupid idea, but figured I might as well point it out anyway.

He has a good point about getting a smash ball recipient if we lynch him as opposed to letting him get NKed.

If a Beloved princes dies we lose our following Day phase because everyone is busy mourning her death. I thought that happened regardless if it was by lynch or night kill. I also doubt that's our bastard role.

Once again, if that is the case then why do we want to lynch Gandalf if he is telling the truth?

I would think that it would be better to have him killed at night if that is the case, so that we don't waste this lynch and forego the next lynch, anyways.

A worse case scenerio if we wer to lynch gandalf, would mean losing a townie this lynch, having 1-3 townies after the lynch, foregoing the next lynch and losing another 1-2 townies the next night.

I'm sorry, it seems I was not clear. If I am lynched, it is as if I was a VT. Nothing happens. We only lose a day if I'm Nked. That's why I would much rather I were lynched. Also, looking at my role PM, it doesn't say anything about day vigs. So........ probably not worth the risk.

Nevertheless, Lynching a Beloved Princess is not the right call. We would be lynching a (near confirmed due to exclusively town role) townie, have the standard NK(s), and then lose another day for the funeral.

We would be far better off treating gandalf/Peach as conf. town, lynch someone scummy, and

possibly

having a doc protect Gandalf so we don't lose said days.

If this is actually true, it might actually be worth lynching Gandalf today because we'll get our D3 without having to worry about whether the Doc we don't know exists will or should save him. But that's not normally how the Beloved Princess role works, which is why I'm a little skeptical. Gandalf, your role specifically states that lynching you nullifies the Beloved Princess effect?

If it doesn't, I too don't support lynching him today. Otherwise, I'm all for getting rid of a potential trap.
