I see Baby Spice getting suspicion, and I'm fine with that. Since xvart was confirmed investigator, her duplicate ward of MoI looks even more suspect. Also, her claimed action of investigating xvart looks quite interesting, and could become even more interesting once we hear from xvart.

Meanwhile, should we ask Percy if, hypothetically, Benmage's answers would pass as meeting the twitchy requirements.

I remembered seeing something about this while reading SAII, so I checked there. Back then, it was specified that the two asterisks are required. Benmage left them out twice now.

Also, I'd like a clarification whether the case matters. If it does and *twitch* should be in lowercase, then Nicodemus and VP Baltar also made mistakes today.

Since we don't know who LB actually stalked, or for sure that LB stalked, Xvart could right now be a murderer.
The 'clearance' was a comune by someone that Xvart has called scum.

If it was by scum, then Xvart has to be considered a murderer.

If the comune result was wrong, from being faked then Xvart would know it was by scum, hence him calling the comuner scum.

-Mentioning it today but not yesterday means he isn't concerned about stopping Benmage from being modkilled. In fact it makes it look like he's actually trying to get him modkilled. Why would a townie do this? Also, how could Benmage be a murderer? He robbed his graves last night as evidenced by the fact that all four graves flipped. And he's going to do the same every night. He can't win as murderer.

BS: At this moment we either have (a) One bonafide murderer (xvart) or two not-yet murderers (i.e. two with one kill each). We can't have both. We can't have one probably murderer and one likely murderer. It. Doesn't. Add. Up.
