When I was ASKED to replace, I asked what role I'd be replacing into, because at the time, I had done several replacements in row, all of a certain evil faction.

I was sent a role PM outright, within minutes.

I said, OK.

I don't know if it has any bearing on formatting.

ABR that was to akr who knows what I mean. Also, I have proof in my role pm thatmods are fallible. I am not going to outright claim at this point but give me a minute to get my computer.

Albert, Lady, and Cupcake explain why you suspect your suspects. For the latter two, saying "I don't know I'm an idiot" is not the smart answer.

Yes, I know they could have made a mistake. But do you really think that they would make a mistake for Aikage-scum, too? And get all the town ones correctly? I think that's implausible.

I have no idea what went through the mod's heads, of which there are two. But maybe they didn't want to tell me WHO I'd be replacing until I'd agreed, because dram told me that in a separate message.

Wait a second they DID send you the PM with your name in it but not the original player's. It doesn't make sense that they would not want to tell you who you were replacing.

Albert, I am town, my role pm has a blatant error in the second line. In the same area that DGB's supposed error is in. ergo, the mods could have easily fucked up, missed it, or flat out forgotten to do that in the role pm. Hell... AKR can back me up on this one.

I got the message from dram's account, it was a quick back and forth, I hesitated because of the size of the game, the heavy theme, and then I was scum in all my recent replacements and I wasn't keen on yet another, especially since I know nothing of the theme.

I can only surmise he was in a hurry.
