Wait a second they DID send you the PM with your name in it but not the original player's. It doesn't make sense that they would not want to tell you who you were replacing.

I got the message from dram's account, it was a quick back and forth, I hesitated because of the size of the game, the heavy theme, and then I was scum in all my recent replacements and I wasn't keen on yet another, especially since I know nothing of the theme.

I can only surmise he was in a hurry.

Knowing that DGB is fakeclaiming as a boss-scum is enough imput imo.

I think what she is trying to say is they gave her the role info on who she was replacing but not the player info. That way if she decided not to replace in she wouldnt know a player and a role, just one role that was in the game.

that is if I am reading it right it went like this:

DGB: "I will replace, but I want to know the role before I make my decision"
Mods: "Here is a role pm, we took the players name out so you wouldn't know whom it is if you decide not to"
DGB: "hmmm this role is pretty cool, ok I will take it."
Dram: "here ya go, you are replacing Dekes btw"

My reason to suspect DGB is her riding DTM's coattails, "I'll vote whoever DTM is voting". Then she magically confirms Ythan and DTM. Oh, and makes a vote count analysis which really is only self-propaganda, because we can't even use her own data against her because she confirms herself, Ythan and DTM. There's purposely no objectivity to her calculations, and no pro-town inclination. She hasn't even claimed past actions yet.

Ignoring your obvious slander, can we slow down with the circular argument, until Mod gets here and either confirms or denies an error in the PM of DGB?

Here's another way of thinking about this. Ythan claims that he has a way to confirm that DGB is town. (You said it earlier, please don't make me go find it)

If this is true, how certain are you? As in, how sure can you be that you were not also duped by some kind of shift?

And while we are on the topic, assuming that DGB is town, how would you propose that your action went from YTHAN to BEEFSTER, /AND/ became a killing action?

Then I misinterpreted.

(inb4 you call this role fishing, but it needs to be asked) Do you have any role info or outside information other than your gut/opinion that would have you leaning towards DGBtown? No need to claim specifics, a yes or no will suffice. And since this is a game where everyone is a PR, this wouldn't out you or anything.

Beyond that, I want a mod confirm for the PM.

But even so, we can't just rely on the PM to give us scum.

Bunnylover was really obvious yesterday, so we can't get complacent.

I'm not going to remove my vote from DGB, but the fact that there are 2 scum factions in this game means interactions can easily be 2 scum factions fighting each other.

At the moment, I'm interested in hearing what AKR has to say about Mothrax, and vice versa. That seems like a line of discussion that could lead to some solid leads.
