None of you have commented on the merit of massclaiming versus no. None of you have commented on the DAY THAT LAST FOREVER, and whether you think we should pursue it or not. I think mass claiming is gonna be a good move in this game, because the flavor in my role makes me think scum are gonna have a hard time guessing what flavor to use. Because of this I think we should make the scummiest players claim first, so if they are scum they can't get an idea of what they should be claiming from the obv-town players.

I see advantages and disadvantages to the endless day. The advantage is we can still move the game ahead without NK's that would presumably hit townies. The disadvantage is that the bomb mechanic is pretty much a mystery to us right now, wew don't know when the next ones coming or how long it will take to go off. I also don't want to see the game stall while we wait for a bomb, that's no fun.

I've explained my read on NS pretty thoroughly. Benmage is up there because of his comments about the vig and when he tried to pay it off like that was intentional I got majorly scummy vibes. SC is up there because he did jump on my NS vote a little too quickly, I hadn't fully explained my case yet so I can't say I entirely understand why he did that. Fate was just annoying me, I think (s)he's probably town.

I'm back from V/LA now. Having read over the thread, I don't get why people are hating on Fate, he's pretty obvtown?

Hito strikes me as the sort of player that would be able to play a really obvtown game even as scum, so Fate's catch regarding the ISOing is interesting. I'm not sure though because Hito is pretty spot on about taking advantage of the month day and I don't know if he'd be keen to MC as scum (I mean I can think of reasons why but he seems genuine about wanting to do it to catch scum) Also Hito, what in my ISO#10 / #11 caught your attention? Is there anything you need clarifying, etc?

TMH is still suspect, Hito's right that the BW vote looks bad. He's kinda explained it, but I'm not too convinced. Also, he was asked for explanations to his scumreads and he did give most of them, but he didn't elaborate on his Hito scumread. I'd like to hear it.

We'll see what happens to AntB when the bomb goes off. There's always a chance oneshot bomb immunity is a scumbility. I'm considering this because I don't like the way he acted as though he didn't want the bomb, and then revealed he was immune to it anyway. AntB, can you explain this?

But we're going off on a tangent. I find it weird that Fate's defending Katsuki when he claims she has no content, but for there to be a connection, the game had to have started 10:2:2 and that's really the only thing off on Fate right now. Fate is almost certainly not Jack's scumbuddy.

I had hito as a scum read for the same reason as fate, he was defending fate and I was annoyed by fate. I don't see either of them as particularly scummy.

I'm very interested to see what happens with the Antb situation. Seeing as how the mod has acknowledged that Antb can't pass it I'm theorizing a few possible roles, no sense revealing them yet but it might help prove or disprove fake claims later. Speaking of which, are we going for the mass claim?

I think I'm getting TMH mixed with NS right now. Their posts seem to be blending together such that I'm having a hard time distinguishing who said what anymore now.

I'm straining to see why it's necessary to massclaim this early.

Because we have the (hopeful!) potential to get multiple kills in while under maximal influence from townies. With PR's that scum cannot justify passing to, the bomb threatens them more. And we get a lynch directed by our PRs. It's also the schooling-fish principle. There will probably be at least one person the scum really really want dead (AntB if he's confirmed PR and likely town, Fate or myself if we're even close to right) so we may as well have all of our claims at once because they can't kill us all at once. We want to rush this game down today.

Hito can be obvtown in terms of helping town out with his thinking and understanding of mechanics and all that stuff, which is easy to do regardless of alignment. He's considered in his posting and I think that he'd look just the same either way. It's his style that is obvTown.

But when I say you're obvtown, I mean I think it's pretty obvious that you're town this specific game, because of your actions, and not your style. Plus, I think it's more obvious you're town here than in DEFCON. A few people thought you were a good scumhunting scum in that game :p
