@SS that was a question to jack. also, I get what you are saying. But you moving towards the town end of the scale doesn't make you town.

@RF note that your "new" insight was stated by me 2 days ago.
Also, after my last post in which I realized I was wrong about the player numbers, I am more convinced of an SKs presence.

At this point, it's I think it's better if we lynch ASAP and get all that juicy battery than to rehash all discussions that have been done already.
All the cool people have already discussed, everyone else I don't care what they say anymore.

@RF, inHim, SS: Who do you plan to vote for and why?
Call me Vas, ;D A little less active than I used to be due to IRL. Hoping to be back up to speed soon-ish!

I'll be voting for Jack because I feel as though he's the SK.

Mothrax, to answer your question from before. The reason I feel like he's the SK and you're mafia is because he defended Baby Spice when he had no reason to. That read as town to me, and SKs always read town more than mafia because they have a common enemy with the town.
Glork and quadz08 are my favorite.

I wasn't saying it was a brand new insight. I was saying it's the only thing that's changed within this game day, and it's something that happened before your "I don't believe that the attempted the impossible kill is SK, so it must be vig!" The issue I have with your post is what I laid out: THE INFORMATION THAT CONTRADICTS QUITE SOLIDLY YOUR REASONING FOR BELIEVING THERE IS NO SK HAPPENED BEFORE YOU MADE THAT POST.

The inconsistent kills bit is way too speculative to be any sort of reasonable logic given the information we already have, especially as you (quite helpfully, I might add) have stated that you already had the information regarding this. As such, I am actually inclined to believe inhim on the matter of you being SK more than you being town, though I really do lean toward mafia when it's all said and done. Regardless, lynching scum is lynching scum.

Jack-mafia would have a perfectly valid reason to defend BS: BS was/is town. He'd know that BS was prob/certain-town (save a chance SK guess, but BS wasn't sending off any SK tells). Defending scummy town to get points is a rather simple scum technique.

I never said it must be vig RF. I said there is no other explanation that I can see. The part about the lack of vig was me arriving to that conclusion.

No, I go "It can't be mafia, it can't be vig. I'm not sure what it is."

Yes, it could be an SK, but this is a fairly complex set-up. It could be something else completely (Dark seraphs spamming kills, etc...)

FWIW now that I realize there are three more players in this game than moho, I am more sold on the idea of an SK. My orriginal reluctance stemmed from thinking this was pretty much a mirror to that setup.

The impossibility of the latter as dictated by the fact seraphs could only use the zeus bolt once and the fact that allowing scumseraphs to add an additional kill seemingly whenever they wanted would be imbalanced to an extreme really makes this post feel more like a rushing to make an excuse type post. It doesn't consider the facts contained in the source that mothrax has, himself, been referencing for pretty much this entire game: moho.

'tis worth absolutely nothing. Backing off of an extreme position wen called out on it is a total null on the read of what was done.

Considering that most of my reasoning was based on the fact that I thought there was an equal number of people in the two games, the fact that my mind changed when it was pointed out otherwise is not worthless.

mothrax wrote:Yeah, according to the OP he "Might as well Be Walking on the Sun."
it doesn't sound like factional kill...

Pedit: @gud: yes, what I have read of/interacted with jack he does something like this a lot. That and if his rep is true he is not the type of player to make such a blatant slip d1 under that little (read 0) pressure.
Mothrax saying it isn't a factional kill AFTER SEEING IT ONE TIME.
mothrax wrote:Um.... I was scum in Moho, we were pulled together before both of those flips. The "dark demons" then flipped shadowed dark demons and visa versa. And the last comment has to do with the fact that the scum teams have been united. Why would scum kill there own. Thus I doubt that "attemPted the impossible" is the scumkill.
He just doubts it when it's impossible for scum to kill their own. Why wouldn't mothrax remember such a fact?
mothrax wrote:@Babyspice: I disagree, I think that "incinerated" and "sniped" are the scumkill flavors. That being said "attempted the impossible must come from a third party or town player. From what hito said I am not inclined to believe that it is a town player unless the fallen seraphs spammed powerroles d1 (not really a viable option without knowledge of the scum team, which they wouldn't have without a considerable amount of faith. IMO it makes more sense as an SK kill.
ALREADY KNOWS THAT INCINERATED AND SNIPED ARE THE KILL FLAVORS AND THAT AtI IS QUITE LIKELY AN SK KILL. YET HE DISPLAYED DOUBT IN THE IDEA THAT HE POSITED IN HIS OWN ISO.

THE CONTRADICTING STANCES ARE DUE TO THE FACT MOTHRAX IS SCUM TRYING TO MISLEAD THE TOWN.

LYNCH. NOW.

mothrax wrote:8 players means 6:2 or 5:2:1 (I am still not convinved there is an SK, but there is no other explanation for the extra kills)
MOTHRAX IS NOT CONVINCED THERE IS AN SK, BUT SK IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE EXPLANATION. LOLWUT?
mothrax wrote: Also, I am still not sold on the presence of an SK but without a vig flip as of yet, and without knowing where the extra kills come from, I am at a loss for any other explanation. Someone who isn't scum killed fate, but who was it?
MOTHRAX EXPLICITLY STATES THAT THE VIG WAS INSTANT RESOLUTION IN HIS PREVIOUS ISO POSTING, MEANING THAT THE VIG FLIP THING IS WITHOUT A DOUBT NOT POSSIBLE FOR THE AtI KILL, AND MOTHRAX ALREADY KNEW THIS. MOTHRAX IS TRYING HIS HARDEST TO BELIEVE THERE IS NOT AN SK DESPITE IT BEING THE ONLY REASONABLE REASON FOR THE KILL. THIS IS BECAUSE MOTHRAX IS SCUM.

If we were to use your same logic, that would also make mothrax likely to be SK due to his interactions with fate, would it not? He attacked fate based on flimsy reasoning when there was no need to bus or anything. When he got shot down almost immediately, what do we see? Fate's death. Evidence that mothrax went for a fate wagon but failed and decided to NK instead.

Where is everyone else? :(

And RF, I can see what you're saying, but my thoughts stem primarily from the timing of the two. Jack did it after the Seraphs revealed themselves, and gave reads that everyone could sheep. When Fate was around, it was easy to butt heads with him...I dunno...fine, it doesn't really matter who goes first, as long as one of them does. Apparently it doesn't matter if we hit the SK or not...

I'm very glad about this. He may be mafia and not the sk, but at this point the sk seems likely to target town deliberately in any case.
