Ya know, I missed Wraith's post. It's really quite entertaining, considering he keeps saying this every time he switches which wagon he wants pushed. Didn't he claim he was trying to convince people about Hiraki, too? I don't recall any super strong cases coming from Wraith at any point.diddin wrote:

Okay, HONESTLY, I'd prefer to lynch diddin today, but he's not the one at L-2 and I'm kind of tired of trying to convince people to move anymore.

In short Hiraki=diddin>Tragedy>DBE>Anyone else ATM. But like I said, my favorite two lynches are not getting lynched today, for some reason. Despite that it seems Hiraki continues to lurk like a boss.Mariyta wrote:

So since I have a ton of reading to do here (my own fault), I'm just going to comment on things as they come along:
After reading to page 41, I have to say that I agree with you on this matter, but I don't see why you're so hung up on it. The obvious plan seems to be to go after the non-Mist voters and then (after hitting a couple of scum) looking back at who is still alive from the Mist wagon. The Fonz wrote:And the neighbor thing could have been confirmed one way or the other that very night.
Erm... I explained it inside the post. But to clarify on DH, I was talking about the beginning of the DH-Fonz back and forth. However, after reading up to this point, I think I can see where DH was coming from (though I still almost completely agree with The Fonz on that). The townish read on you was more of a gut thing. I mean, I don't think you've helped town much at all (and neither have I, so I don't mean this to be accusing you of some great misconduct), but the tone of your posts is more frustrated and helpless town than scum.Hiraki wrote:
Please explain everything that you've said in this post pronto. Maybe Darla again. Not Hiraki (I somehow think him town from what I've seen today), Fonz (are you guys for real with this one?), or jason (this is not because I think he's likely town but because I really don't feel like lynching a claimed doc after we just lost a cop).
Really? Because I was recently scum with him twice in a row and he lurked like hell (though he did do a bit more of what The Fonz said by posting something small once every prod period or two). After checking out Sotty's link I'm guessing that lurking isn't alignment-related for him.DemonHybrid wrote:To be honest, the quiet town Nacho meta is killing my desire to vote him. I would definitely go Benmage > Lowell > Tragedy right now. I'll have to do an ISO of Benmage next to figure out why my gut is telling me he's scum after reading all that I missed. I realize I've missed the past few nights. It's been a long week. I'm hopefully back to nightly posts though.
Ok, Page 46 now. Mari, the whole "linking people" thing is just something my mind does. If I see someone as scummy, I want to figure out who potential partners could be. I'd never lynch somebody based on a connection to an unflipped player alone, but it's useful for me to think about, especially to look at later if a playerdoesflip scum. If I were to say Player A is scummy and Player B looks like a potential buddy, then later on Player A flips scum and I look back and see that the connection was there, it would be worth taking into consideration when I analyze Player B. Also, two scum groups is possible, but I don't like to draw that conclusion with no evidence of it, especially with only one kill last night. If we see multiple kills one night, I can see the possibility of scum trying to crosskill. There are multiple possibilities, but one thing I see with a Deer kill is that it wasn't a scum attempt at killing the obvtown players.
Cons, what made Guderian "the towniest of towns"?
Llama, I still have a town read on Kage. Also, are you seriously calling it scummy to dislike the Kage wagon? (or as you call it, "wagon analysis on unflipped players")
Very little of this is coherent and/or easy to follow. I see my name, so can you clarify what is directed at me and what it's supposed to mean?Tragedy wrote:Dear SA, we do know that Jason claimed as a Doctor.
Why blindly say that to public when you're about to be lynched?
Risky, Very risky claim, yet Suspicious.
About the mist wagon, it's very obvious that there were more than 50% scum on the wagon, since we were lynching a VI here.
Of course, we probably all know scums would want to lynch an idiot.
...
No current read, will catch up Soon.
Fonz, I actually missed your post about Mist's cop claim. Either I skimmed over it or I hadn't read to that point yet.
Demon, you call me "opinionless" on Page 50. Which or my reads is/are unclear?
If I had to guess at the four right now, in order, I'd say:Tragedy, Diddin, Benmage, Cons. Tvella was pretty scummy, but Cons has turned it around. I dunno. Either strong scum play from Cons or poor town play from tvella. I have town reads on Wraith, Steven, and Lowell and obviously know myself to be town. Nacho is the one I'd throw in if one of my scum picks flips town.Mari wrote:Vote Poll

Sottyrulez, the Kage wagon looked pretty quick and baseless at the time that I pointed that out. Kage is also one of my town reads. Those two things combined make the wagon look scum driven.
I see a lot of conversation about Nacho's meta regarding lurking. I played a Newbie game with him where he was the IC and I remember him being lurkish until near the end where he took on a bit of a town leadership role. He was town in that game. I think it's just how he plays though, regardless of alignment.
I'm through 52 pages, but I'm gonna skip ahead to the last vote count to see where we stand and give my opinions on leading wagons. Ok, Tragedy is at L-2 and that's the only wagon of more than three votes. I'd obviously agree with a lynch on Tragedy.3-2 as scum and 5-8 as town

Go back and read this game please, Kage. I have been saying Tragedy is scum long before he started saying I was scum. He was one of my earliest suspects in this game I believe, I had been saying I thought he was scum since Day 1. It's not so much about you calling him scum (which is fine if you believe it), but the manner in which you try to prove it. Here are a couple of gems of what I'm talking about (note: not all of these are at an accuser, but still major stretches):jasonT1981 wrote:

Afternoon folks....Missed the action yesterday...My apoligies...Real life thang.
Diddin, I'm failing to see how you stating your voting is restricted via your role helps anyone in the town make a determination upon you....as how would anyone know if that reflects you as mafia/town? There could be a multitude of reasons/characters I could "dream up" I'm guessin' if putting the time into thinking of all the possibilities (In just the time I spent typing this I thought of one, and the character is could be either town/mafia to me) So what was the point in even sharing? Either way, that knowledge isn't helping your case from this department.
I'm still with Wraith that Hiraki, despite all odds, is dirty as sin and his (minimal) play since my entry has changed none of that...and (Sleepless Assassin), a lot of the reason I saw Guderian as town was his back and forth with Hiraki ..much less his push for votes from those not participating, his probing and his willingness to share his reads. He played in such a way that if I was a goon I would have nightkilled him based on his play...They must be tickled that his spot got lynched and flipped cop...Mayhaps he played a little too townie to me, cuz I fully expected to see him potentially nightkilled as I was reading along before Mist took his spot....I must say, I've never seen a turnaround that dramatic in good play vs. poor play...definitely memorable...LOL
But since we're in 50/50 land, here's where it is for yours truly:
diddin, nacho, Tragedy...Any of those I would happily take part in lynching.
I wouldn't mind pushing diddin or nacho a little more to a claim...but the question is today or tomorrow...As stated before, the people on the Tragedy wagon give me pause to think...and everyone seems in complacent "Let's just get 'er done" land....which I don't like as well.
Consideration:
I've seen some support for diddin and obviously there is support for Tragedy....Get some votes on diddin and push him to a claim and then determine which claim between he and Tragedy is more believable? (I'm seeing less support for nacho around of my top 3 "off the wagon" so thus why I choose Diddin)

I think this is going to be an inertia-based, no-one's really happy default lynch (ie the worst kind) because of those of us not voting Tragedy, no-one seems to hate that wagon enough to fight against it, and we're split enough that there's not going to be a single viable counterwagon that gets close.
In fact, fuck it.
Unvote, vote: TragedyThis lynch is happening, and all we're doing by BSing around is hurting town morale.
