Vas, my point was that I DO think we should lynch out of those two today. My argument with you is in saying it absolutely HAS to be one of them. I just don't like chaining lynches like that. Every lynch, regardless of flip, is a chance to reflect and adjust reads accordingly. Taking things as a foregone conclusion is how you lose games. I am disagreeing with your point in the chance that I'm dead and not around tomorrow to do it. In which case, I don't want to see some scummy run up if we mislynch today and then saying 'whoopsie daisy, guess I should have thought about chaining their lynches together like that, oh well' tomorrow. Understand?

@Vas - I never said that we should lynch outside of Nacho/Feysal today. I said that on future days if we mislynch today, it should not be treated as a false dilemma, but rather should be carefully thought about. You should learn what a contradiction is.

I read VP's post as him telling Vas just because they were both claimed rezzers doesn't mean they both HAVE to be scum. I do think it is kinda odd he would pick on Vas for that when he does actually believe Nacho is scum, but I'm guessing he does for reasons that are separate to the rezz thing.

But yeah, deadline fast approaching. We're no closer in deciding who to lynch outside of Kunk, so lets just lynch the obv scum already. This way Benmage can be shot over night and Trig can just stalk someone else.

I'm thinking we should lynch VP. The fact is he was rezzed by cult, and the more I think of it the less likely it seems to me that cult would waste a rez kit on a town member who was going to die anyway. The only plausible explanation of course is that they were trying to frame him, but nobody has pushed for his lynch (Feysal at least entertained the idea, so if VP flips town that would make me more suspicious of Feysal) and you'd think if cult were going to go to the effort of saving a town member from certain death in order to frame them, they'd at least follow through and put some effort into the actual lynch.

My prior thinking was that the far better option for cult that night if VP was cult would be to ritualise me and just say it was cult trying to frame him. But I suppose that would probably garner about the same level of suspicion on VP as if he were rezzed anyway.

So if VP is cult, he would be faced with suspicion whichever way the cult chose to save him. So he's fucked, right? Well, not if there's a distraction the next day. Not if somebody else who already has suspicion on them is confirmed scum that night thus guaranteeing that they will be lynched the next day, and removing all possibility of VPB being a candidate for the lynch. If VPB is cult, the whole Andrius letting himself become confirmed scum makes a lot more sense in my eyes.

It could all be wrong, but it makes sense from the cult's point of view and is plausible enough which is why I think we should lynch VP.

Actually, I'm almost partial to your lynch. Your 5070 seems have a hint of too much knowledge. For some reason I'm getting the feeling that Kunk and Trig are both Cult and VP is facilitation the discussion of their outcomes tomorrow.

Why are you even considering lynching one or the other if you think it is possible that they both might be town? If your basis for voting either of them is one must be scum then you should be ready to line up their lynches; otherwise, if you aren't willing to go through with it then your justification for voting one or the other is severely flawed. The scum motivation is that if one of the two is actually Cult then you can try and get the wind blowing on the town member for that lynch and then the next day avoid the lynch on your buddy.
