I think it's pretty obvious Vi didn't want town getting the win (lord knows we didn't deserve it), but you can't exactly change a wincon mid-game to suit your desires.

I'm sore about it apart from the fact I was scum this game.

It's the exploitation of a loophole as fate said.

Because of the way Vi wrote the role PMs, it's possible for an anti town faction to win with the town. This shouldn't happen. The SK role is designed to be "you must kill everybody else and stay alive" - Vi removed the stay alive part, which means it's practically impossible to tie, since
any scenario that should result in a tie will instead result in a sk/town joint win, even if the entire town's eliminated and it's a 1v1 with the SK and a mafioso
. This is an imbalance in the setup that was exploited. As much as I don't approve of this (and the fact optimal/logical sk play would be to kill everybody and not perform suicide...), Vi made the decision.

... you clearly don't understand how the sk and town joint won.

SK and town both kill each other. Everybody is dead. Town wincon is "you win when all roles that want town to die are dead" - sk wincon is "you win when all demonic and righteous roles are dead" demons are the only ones that suffer the issue of needing at least one member alive to win.

Following the above, that means a rocks fall everybody dies situation means sk and town win. Even if it's a SK v Maf shoot out.

Whereas in a 1v1 SK/Mafia scenario, town is already out of the picture.

But town would still win by virtue of the wording of the win conditions. Mafia has no such opportunity.

Fate you have for srs problems with actually reading things that Vi writes.

And yeah it's absolutely an exploited loophole- but Nacho wanted town to win with him so he made it happen, much to Vi's annoyance in the dead QT.
Town will 105% have a win con requiring at least one member of the town be alive in the next game like this based on my amaaaaaaazing Vi-reading abilities.

Fate knew town was getting the win from the dead thread, so I'm not sure what his outburst here is supposed to be achieving.

Vi, how come Nacho was allowed to give doctor / memetic vig twice? From the dead thread, I assumed it was simply one of his role shenanigans things, but his role PM states that he can't use most of the orders more than once, just like with the seraphs.

Magua, my guess is the mod didn't think to include the limitation due to the fact she didn't consider the possibility that the SK would attempt to take advantage of a loophole to allow a joint win in endgame with a single townie left.
