What I wrote in my marathon version of it wrote:So this is a new Idea I had for a game I wanted to test it in Marathon first though.
It's an open set up here are the roles

2 Mafia Goons
7 Vengeful Townies

Instead of the townie posting who they vengekill in the thread, they pm the mod at night and the venge night kill someone. Also they always get their vengekill if they are lynched. But people who are night killed do not get a vengekill.

Military Invasion Mafia!


3 Private Enemy Recruits
1 Trained Enemy Recruit
1 Warrant Enemy Officer


5 Privates
1 Specialist
2 Sergeants
1 Sergeant Major of the Army
1 Lieutenant Colonel
1 Colonel


Notes

-Privates don't really have a special power at all, other than voting and massive blabber mouthing.
-Specialist is a doctor who can prevent someone from being murdered within the Night!
-Sergeants know the innocence of the Sergeant Major of the Army and themselves, and could communicate within the Night! If the Sergeant Major of the Army is dead, their communication will be cut.
-Lieutenant Colonel is a Back-Up Colonel when s/he is dead. S/he could choose to shoot a person within the Night with his/her gun which has only 3 Bullets inside.
-Colonel is the main leader of the army. Votes from the Colonel counts as two. When s/he dies, the Lieutenant Colonel will be able to take over his/her role while keeping his/her original abilities.
-Private Enemy Recruit don't have any special powers, but they know whom their allies are, while they could talk to them during the Night. If the Trained Enemy Recruit dies, a Private Recruit can take over his/her role.
-Trained Enemy Recruit can choose to murder someone during the Night, while knowing whom his/her allies are while talking.
-Warrant Enemy Officer can spy on somebody's room during the Night, confirming the number of players is in the room. S/he also knows whom his/her allies are, while talking to them during the Night.

Rock, Paper, Scissors Mafia!


2 Mafia Goons

Notes

-Nobody would actually use their actual killing style, silly goofers. During the night phase, everybody must choose if they could use Rock, Paper or Scissors.
-Rock can be thrown at somebody, automatically 'killing' them. However, if the target is protected by 'Paper', s/he won't be killed. If the target has scissors, it bypasses the scissors, but doesn't automatically kill the target.
-Paper is used to protect yourself or somebody else. If somebody throws a rock at you/your target, it will prevent him/her/yourself from being killed. However, if you/she/he is targeted by scissors, there will no longer be any protections. :(
-Scissors is used to prevent death from yourself or anybody else. If you use scissors on somebody who is being protected by paper, the paper is easily removed and the target becomes more prone to rocks. If someone throws rocks at you, it prevents your death.
-What actions goes first: PAPER -> SCISSORS -> ROCKS

I'm not sure that the rolecop in a would really be that useful.

Notes

Mafia Miller investigates innocent.
Town Miller investigates guilty.
Both poisoners can poison within the night.
Universal Backup will be told that they're townie. They only replace Cop, Poison Doctor or Roleblocker.
Poison Doctors cures people from Poison.
Poison automatically kills its target the next day.
Mafias talk during the Night.
Cops are Sane. Either get 'Innocent' or 'Guilty' Verdict.

The problem with a jailkeeper(Trust me I thought of this), is that then they could jailkeep the mafia, and I don't want that. It would over power town.

Maybe make the goons juggernauts or whatever they're called?

Or make the cop "timid" to where he doesn't investigate if visited? Trying to come up with a catchy name for the roles.

What if 1 of the 2 mafia was un-jailkeep-able? That way, they'd always get a kill until the head mafioso was lynched. After he was lynched, if there was ever a no-kill, it could lead to some interesting WIFOM about whether the kill was blocked or the mafia chose to no-kill.
