Thought you were better than that Benmage. Cult have obviously set up my mislynch and I guess it has to happen for town to be satisfied here. I'm cool with that. But wake the fuck up to Iec. Seriously. How can you claim to have a failed stalk on someone and then be all wishy washy? There is no town motivation there whatsoever.

I think we need to coin a new term besides AtE: appealing to benmage.

@vp: if you think you have been framed thus far isn't it also possible that you may have also been actually warded last night as another possible frame? Don't you think it's a bit silly for iece to put his arse on the line when we're not in lylo and you were most likely going to be lynched today anyway?

I don't know how to do the claim thingy from my phone but I got a rez kit last night. I needed everyone's claims cos if nobody had targeted nic that would mean was confirmed town as with only two cult actions last night I'm pretty sure there can't have been a ward with him being targeted by cultand him being cult also but benmage did indeed target him.oh well hopefully vp flips cult anyway

No, I don't think I would be warded. There is only one cult left. Why would they ward me? I also don't think what Iec is doing is silly. I'm the easiest possible mislynch available and his back is up against the wall. He can't play the long game at this point because he's on thin ice. I could probably make some guesses as to what his next day strategy could be, but that doesn't seem very prudent of me.

What I will say is this, look at his actions. There are far too many coincidental failing and 'mistakes' in his play for it to be legitimately town. You'd pretty much have to have the worst luck in the world to have a night action list like Iecerint's. He is very obviously scum and should be lynched today so we can end this game. Plain and simple. If it takes my lynch for you guys to see that, then so be it, but I reserve the right to say I told you so after I'm dead and the game is still going on.

Thankfully, nobody really cares about I told you sos. Yes, if you flip town then iece will be on the top of the suspects list tomorrow, but quite frankly we'd be stupid to not lynch you today.

GG Town. Particularly to Seacore. He's the MVP of the town and essentially broke the entire scum team with his stalk-murder plan.

In terms of scum team play, I think we actually did really well. Our biggest mistake was not greater ritualing Wickedestjr and Seacore. Had we pulled those kills off, I have no doubt that we would have won this.

Seacore's plan basically enabled every confirmation of town and suspicious looking cult action. Without those things, town was pretty much on their ass when it came to finding cult. Giving up Babyspice and Spyrex lynches were always a part of the scum plan. They were basically meat shields and used as distractions to eff with town night actions. I firmly believe that Feysal, Triglav and myself wouldn't have been caught without Seacore's plan.

Hey now. I certainly don't want to denigrate Seacore, but give a brotha some credit. :p (Unless I'm misinterpreting which plan of Seacore's you're talking about.)

Come to think of it, I wonder if changing wincons after a single successful murder might solve the "murder to confirm" problems with this game. (We had two mod-killed townies, multiple townies cowering, townies killin' townies...town probably shouldn't have won this one, and the factor that let us do us can probably be thought of as an imbalance. >.>)

Feysal was caught by his weak BabySpice vote and some suspect actions
Trig was caught in a similar manner, also his LOLFesyal stalk claim.
VP + Andrius were probably the ones that was trapped by pure night actions.

How many times did we mislynch?

I know at the point we started bringin em all down we only had like 1 mislynch to give on account of the suicidals.

So I don't know how imbalanced I would argue the game is with that in mind.

Also my recounting of the murder plan was that it turned out to be a complete disaster. At least that's the way I saw it... :?

Well, the problem with that is that you then remove town's ability to vig...that's kind of a necessary component of the setup I think.

@Sotty - I'm not saying everyone was wrong in the game. You guys certainly were on to cult often, but that doesn't mean you were getting lynches purely based upon things like Feysal's BS vote. Additionally, the stalk plan forced cult to spend night actions on things like rezzes and warding that could have been better used toward blocking grave flips and screwing town with fetishes.

One issue I also had was allowing the town to test voting insanities in thread. I thought that was kind of unfair because it removed a good number of insanities from the cult's list. Most of the voting insanities could have been useful to us late in the game, but they weren't an option at all because we'd be outted instantly.

@Zach - I think your recount of the murder plan is wrong. No offense.

Well it's not just me, Sotty doesn't get it either.

But it might be that we haven't really thought it over much since we don't really depend on setup mechanics to win games.
